They replied promptly to questions, and showed up THAT DAY, right on time and gave a bid on the spot. Samuel was super nice and we decided to try and schedule the work. He was a few weeks out and the weather was iffy, but soon after we received an update that he could fit us in much sooner due to changes in the weather. Samuel and his team arrived right on schedule and did a great job forming the whole driveway out within a few hours. The day of the pour they again arrived right on time, took care to mask off the siding, and were careful to not get any residual concrete down the storm drains and did an excellent job cleaning up before leaving. I could go on and on, but I was thoroughly impressed. The concrete looks fantastic, even better than I had hoped for. We had a brushed finish on our back patio, and exposed aggregate on the driveway, so two finishes on the same pour and I was worried it might not match the existing concrete. (We've been getting a steady stream of compliments about the new sidewalk from passersby.) But what really made this company stand out was the people. Every one of the team members was genuine, thoughtful, kind, and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting them, and learning about each other. After they finished the job, we asked them if they might be willing to move a giant pile of sod that had been sitting in our back yard for two years. They came back out with the same great attitude, did the job at a fair price, and cleaned up the work site afterwards. We couldn't be happier. We appreciated his friendly, low-key manner, and how he answered our questions patiently and thoroughly. We had a roof leak that started on the exterior of our home above our front storm door and then started to penetrate inside our home causing steady damage. As a result, we contacted T Mix with a feeling of some urgency and concern. They made a visit to our home to assess the situation and provided an estimate. In light of the increasing damage caused by the wet weather, we really appreciated that because it was a relatively small job, they were able to work us in fair quickly.

We really liked the idea of utilizing recycled concrete as a building material, and though many other local companies offered this option, none we spoke to were confident that they could also incorporate brackets to attach our fence posts to, which THE WALL was able to, nor did they have the reputation of THE WALL. Rick came out promptly and gave a reasonable bid, and once our date came up in the waiting list George, our project foreman, came out and reviewed the project and the following week was out with a crew (we had a delay due. to the Thanksgiving holiday). The crew was great, did excellent work and worked quick! The project changed very slightly, reducing the amount of wall to be constructed, and THE WALL was quick to credit us the slight difference in cost. We are super happy with the results! We used The Wall to make two small retaining walls in the spring of 2024. They used wire mesh,…read morefabric and metal poles seated deep into the ground as the wall. This is some new system of their's. The contract we signed called for them to use crushed rock to backfill and soil to cover the rock. They used, without our notification or consent, bags of light weight material like pumice or gypsum in plastic bags as the fill instead of rock. I uncovered these bags after they left the job site and, when questioned about the matter, they claimed this was all our wall needed. I should have made them dig up the bags of fill and made them use rock but they assured me it's how these things are done for small projects like ours. After the workers were made aware of our concern and discovery of the bags, they became quite hostile to us. The job site manager was especially rude and made disparaging remarks about previous work done around our place by another company. Now, 16months later, the wire mesh is bulging out excessively between the poles and the areas where they used the light weight bags has sunk down and is soft to walk on. I would not trust this company to perform the job as spelled out in their contract and, if things don't go well, expect hostility on their part.
