Instead of having a professional conversation or trying to help, he made me feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and embarrassed. What made the situation even worse was that he followed me out of the store, which felt intimidating and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be treated this way, especially by the owner of a business. In my opinion, a place that treats people like this should not be allowed to continue operating without being seriously looked into. I strongly believe this business needs to be shut down if this is how customers are treated. Please literally take your business elsewhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
