Thank goodness I came to the right place and Saint Jude is staffed with an outstanding team of committed professionals in a wide variety of speciality fields. One suspect area was my Sleep Apnea and quickly I met with Tracy and Geron from the Sleep Disorder Unit. Quickly identifying problems with my device, it became apparent that some focus needed to be applied and thorough education on the usage could be very beneficial to aid in my recovery. Painstakingly, over a two day period they worked with me through the process of elimination to find a suitable solution and keyed in on situation with the tubing that was possibly the cause of the lung bacteria I was suffering from. Like a puzzle, in calumniation with oversight and direction provided by my medical team, the solution feel into place. Geron was amazing in that he must has noticed the worry and relief my eyes. True to his faith and the hospital's religious beginnings, he politely asked if I would be comfortable to join him in prayer. I believe sometimes faith and God puts people together for one reason or another. True to his dedication and faith, Geron felt comfortable to share a message in prayer, which spoke directly to my heart. A short blessing not only addressed my medical and psychological well-being, but comforted my spiritual beliefs as well. What make this hospital so unique is the level and diversity of talent in place to care for the patients compete needs. Tracy was no exception. Her complete familiarity with my case and the challenges I faced help to ease my stress and demonstrated the amount of time and care they put Into every patient. After a few more days of direct observation I was home where I belong, thanks to my doctors, my nurses, my nursing assistants, and all the technicians and specialist that saw me through this very difficult and challenging time of my life. With great admiration for so many wonderful people just a simple thank you would not justify how grateful I am for all the skilled care I received.

What does this have to do with a dentist, you ask? THAT's what I asked until my primary care doctor recommended I see Dr. Schlott. But I've always used those for about a minute and end up taking it out in the middle of the night. At the beginning, I too took the mouth guard off that Dr. Schlott made me because it was so gosh darn uncomfortable. But after a few adjustments of the mouth guard, and some sound sleep, I can't go to bed without it... It stopped my snoring... And gave me a great night's sleep. THANK YOU! You have to try this if you've been told you snore! It affects your overall health and I cannot thank Dr. Schlott and his team enough for their hard work!

Riza's guidance helped me relieve so much tension and pain stored for years. I used to grind my teeth at night and mouth breathe and that's completely vanished. Everything I ate caused inflammation and now I'm realizing my poor digestion might have a strong link to my tongue posture and inability to activate my vagus nerve. My insurance told me that I would be 100% covered for my sleep apnea device except she sent the request to the wrong place, doesn't even bother to try to send it to the right one after I had told them, and then never answers the phone. The one time that I was there I wasn't sure if anybody even worked there because she wasn't even at her desk socializing with the other employees. When I was done with my visit same thing and looked at me like I was crazy when I asked if there was anything else I needed to do. So unfortunately since this is the only dentist my primary care will refer me to I have to do a workaround and use my dental insurance for an exam at a different dentist and then submit a claim through UHC for the device after close to 6 months of waiting. Do not come here. It's a waste of time. It seems like they just take your money for the exam and don't want to do anything else for you or they just submit the claim to whoever and don't bother following up. I will also be making a complaint. They shouldn't be part of any network if they don't want to do their job.

I am so disappointed in the service my daughter had today with ortho. She and her grandmother arrived early to her 5pm appointment and waited until 5:25pm when she went up to the counter to ask when she would be seen. The receptionist tells her that financial coordinator needed to talk to me and send another contract to upgrade to rhodium. I had called earlier in the day at 8:30am to request the upgrade. The agent told me financial coordinator would call me but no one called. So when my daughter called me from the dental office to tell me that they needed me to speak to the financial coordinator before they can be seen, I was surprised. We continue waiting until 6pm when Kristy the manager comes on the phone to speak to me via phone. I tell her the situation but she didn't want to hear about it. She was terse and kept switching topics. No one held any accountability. Instead she says she only works there and have no control over the office closing out our original appointment time of Thursday august 27 at 8am/9am and rescheduling us without consulting our schedule. Nor does she have any control over the coordinator returning my call this morning. Nor does she have any control over the wait time. I've never heard a manager of any business say this. I understand that they are employees but someone should hold accountability. This is the worst customer service I've ever recieved and completely understand the stresses in healthcare. But we, parents of their patients, pay 5-6k for braces and should be given some sort of courtesy or professionalism. And I have two children doing braces with them at the same time. The worst part is we had to settle with metal braces instead of the rhodium one we wanted so she could be seen today. When asked why didn't she mention that to begin with instead of making us wait an hour to be seen, she said she simply saw the request for rhodium and it's policy to talk to financial coordinator so that a new contract is made and she had no control over that. When asked what is the difference between metal and rhodium, Kristy said they're both metal and still looks like braces. The only time there's a difference is when you go with clear ceramic brackets. It seems the children are only a number with dollar signs and that you really don't care about them. It's a giant factory. I regret choosing this office for my children's braces but i don't want to stop now since we are in the process already. I have to finish the braces. But I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

As first-time parents, we were completely overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice on the internet about sleep training. Our 4-month-old daughter was struggling with sleep, and we felt lost--until Sandra came into the picture. Sandra guided us for four consecutive nights and transformed the way we approached sleep training. From the very beginning, she impressed us with her professionalism, deep knowledge, and endless patience. She explained each step in a way that made us feel comfortable and confident, and she was so easy to communicate with--always calm, reassuring, and supportive. To our surprise, we began to see real results by the second night. By the end of the fourth night, our daughter was not only sleeping so much better at night but also learning to self-soothe. This has been life-changing for us as parents--finally getting solid rest ourselves has made such a difference, especially since we both have demanding jobs and long workdays. Sandra gave us the tools and guidance we truly needed, and we feel so grateful for her expertise. If you are a new parent in need of support, especially with sleep training, we wholeheartedly recommend Sandra. She was exactly what our family needed, and we couldn't be happier with the results!

They were not only professional and reliable but also incredibly kind, nurturing, and respectful of our space and parenting style. From the first night, they brought a sense of calm and reassurance that allowed me to rest and heal, knowing our baby was in the most capable and loving hands. Thanks to them, I was able to be more present for both my newborn and older child during the day. I also attribute the fact that I did not struggle with postpartum anxiety the second time around to this team. If you're a parent considering night support and feeling unsure, I completely understand--but I can wholeheartedly recommend Sandra and Helen. Danielle seems really sweet, but I truly wish we just got more out of our experience with her. Similar to what another posting had mentioned... I had really high hopes and was super excited to work with Danielle after the initial consultation. I had only booked 2 weeks of coaching which was $400. The services guide that was given to me says 24/7 support via phone, text, or email. I understand not responding to 4 AM texts but there were days that went by where I wouldn't hear a peep from Danielle. She pretty much ghosted us after week one. About 2 weeks after the initial two week contract, I received a phone call from Danielle apologizing, which I appreciated; however, I would've preferred upfront communication instead of feeling like I got scammed out of $400. She did offer to get my daughter in a good place for sleeping to make up for the fact that she was not really reachable during the two week contract but here we are again... a month and a half later and I haven't heard anything from her. No follow up or "how's your daughter doing with her sleep?" I've almost given up at this point because I still have a daughter who struggles with bedtime and still wakes at night, despite our best efforts and I'm out $400. Maybe she would be better when she's in person but I feel like the coaching package was a waste of money.

I never realized how little the airflow was down my throat while breathing or sleeping and after my first treatment, I noticed the difference. I had my first treatment at 6 pm on a Monday and while it was a little uncomfortable having somebody work in your mouth it is no different than visiting the dentist for your annual cleaning. The treatment itself did not hurt me at all and I was able to have them increase the intensity to the highest level. After the 45-minute treatment I was advised not to drink anything cold or hot and seeing as it was about 6:45 when I was done I had no choice but to go and eat dinner and found out then that I didn't have any discomfort at all. The real game changer was the quality of rest I got the same night I had the treatment, I woke up like I was 20 years old, I had just gotten the best sleep I had gotten in ages and can only attribute this to the treatment, in just 1 treatment I can identify that this will be life-changing for myself and my health. I knew that I had issues with my snoring since my girlfriend is a very light sleeper and I honestly would never even consider getting a C-PAP machine but after hearing about my snoring a handful of times I started looking into what steps I could take to fix the issue and that's when I stumbled upon this treatment. This is a non-invasive laser treatment and may keep me from having to wear an ugly C-PAP mask that surely would keep my girlfriend from being intimate with me. All in all, I'm very pleased and excited about completing my last 3 sessions because I'm 100% sure I will be resting better, I will be energized, and able to take on the world without having to endure the Darth Vader mask that often regular MD's would prescribe for somebody who snores as bad as I do.
