I always enjoyed their campus especially when we played games on their campus. They have some decent tennis courts and a solid playing field and pool. The staff is always friendly and lovely when I visit and it's all around great place to be. Socially, All Saints is incredibly tight-knit for both families and children. As parents, we've made some of our closest friendships here because everyone seems to share similar values: involvement, kindness, and a genuine commitment to their children's well-being and academics. The students, too, have made wonderful friendships, and you can feel the sense of community everywhere on campus. Academically, our children amaze us with what they're learning at just four and six years old, but what sets All Saints apart is its equal focus on character building. I had always had my reservations about my family moving down to Carmel five years ago but if my family did it all over, I would have not wanted it any other way. The ceremony spoke to what is important at Carmel High- letting students pursue their interests and ensuring they succeed. Where these students are going is impressive-- various UCs, CSUs, military academies, Berklee School of Music, various out of state colleges, vocational and community colleges.... very cool. For a small school they offer 15 AP classes which is ridiculously "hardcore." As an educator and a counselor I was impressed at how much they offered and how many students took these classes. The ceremony also boasted several music performances including a personal pieces by a student who was recognized at the local Jazz festival..... more importantly.... the ceremony continually hit the point that students like coming to this school.. the people here like to teach, counsel and enrich students' lives. The farewells to the principal and AP were very touching.. I want to say thank you for being a part of my brother's life and helping him be a prepared for his next phase in life :-D

I decided to take advantage of a Pilates Groupon offer at Diversified Soft Tissue Therapy. I underestimated pilates, its a challenging workout and I actually enjoyed it and believe you could get in awesome shape if you remain dedicated. That being said, if you are like me, new to pilates its difficult to ascertain how some of the moves could exacerbate an existing injury hence after several visits I majorly irritated my back and decided not to return for the rest of my package. Again, loved the workout, the facility was nice and Sarah was knowledgable, but if you are new and/or if you are unsure of your actual limitations you may want to take advantage of a smaller group or individual sessions.

After only several visits to her,…read moreduring which she used a "shockwave therapy" treatment on my very injured wrists and hands, I had significant improvements. This is after almost no improvements from 7 months of physical therapy at a different medical center and being told by a specialist I would never be able to move my thumb normally again. I was overjoyed by the progress after seeing Hiromi for only a few visits. I would estimate I had an 80 percent improvement from two visits with her versus approximately a 5 percent improvement of twice weekly physical therapy, cortisone shots, doctor's visits, etc. for many months elsewhere. Hiromi is precise, very informed, and extremely talented. The studio itself is spacious and spotless, and includes all types of Pilates equipment. I can't recommend Hiromi highly enough. She truly listens and understands the human body and turned my "hopeless" case into a success story! I went from not being able to bend my fingers to being able to write again in just two visits! I am beyond grateful to her.
