They had great communication pre-party and the booking process was very easy to navigate. They customized the photo strip for the party as well which is part of the package they provide. On the day of the event, they showed up promptly to set up for the party to set up. The attendant was extremely personable and professional. The majority of the guests were teenagers and he did a great job hosting them at the booth. He did a great job. The kids loved the Photobooth and props. My family and I were especially happy with the photographer and videographer. They really brought their enthusiasm and creativity during the shoots, so I was comfortable that they would do a great job in the end. They even made a special design for the photo booth print after giving them a digital copy of the invitation that really made the prints special and personalized. As for the music, I appreciated that they guided me through the songs I would need (entrance, exit, first dance, etc.) and provided suggestions when I wasn't sure.
