They had great communication pre-party and the booking process was very easy to navigate. They customized the photo strip for the party as well which is part of the package they provide. On the day of the event, they showed up promptly to set up for the party to set up. The attendant was extremely personable and professional. The majority of the guests were teenagers and he did a great job hosting them at the booth. He did a great job. The kids loved the Photobooth and props. After the party, they gave me a flash drive with all the photos taken from the party. We had an exceptional experience with them! We will absolutely book then again for any future celebrations.

I spoke to the owner Danielle who was extremely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to answer my questions. I was concerned there wouldn't be room in my banquet space for the photo stand, so Danielle graciously went out of her way to stop at my venue and scope it out to make sure it was doable. The next day, just hours before my event, I confirmed with her that I would like the photo stand, and she made it happen in the nick of time! Just an incredibly professional and accommodating person to work with. Thank you Danielle!! As for the booth itself - this thing took amazing pictures! I really feel like it has some built in beauty feature or something because it even made my haggard looking ass look good. You will not find this quality elsewhere. They arrived over an hour late for our reservation and then took another hour to get set up all during our peak time due to a "broken laptop." In reality, they had double booked with an event that obviously deemed more important. There was little communication during this time, and they promised a refund for those hours and digital pictures for free. And then they completely ghosted me no matter how many times I followed up. I never received the refund or pictures. They are incredibly unprofessional, and I would absolutely not recommend.
