The owner arrived with his equipment not charged and ready, the light ring was not working as it was dead upon arrival . Dorsey left the event for 2 hours and came back 2 to set up. By the time the 360 was set up for my son's graduation party it was ending, we started packing up when it started working. None of the 40 plus videos had no music, we had the party on 5/10/25 and did not get the videos until 5/22. I had to add my own music to my videos as music was not included. I would not recommend booking him because the services started 2 hours later than scheduled , his equipment was not in working order nor was it charged and none of our videos had music not one. 360 Photo Booth videos should be 100% available during the party event we should not have paid $400 for a late service with no music. You did a pretty horrible job and we all were very disappointed. I pride myself on supporting black businesses and we did not appreciate your service.

The rates are by far the cheapest I have seen on the market. Many companies will charge about $900 for 2 hours. That's insane! With Kelvin Productions, you'll get twice as many hours for that kind of price. I'd recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a photo booth! Great value and lots of fun. He was kind and welcoming and very sweet. He listened to everything we asked and although we did not have an official final dance he made sure we got the last song we requested as a nice moment for just the two of us while others were setting up the grand exit. First things first. This was an Indian wedding and we needed Indian music. They can't do Indian…read moremusic. If you want it then you need to provide them with a list of songs. This was my biggest mistake because I thought I would be able to get a comprehensive list together, but I wasn't able to. So the Indian music was lacking. In the middle of the reception, Michael walks over to our sweetheart table and asked me, the bride, what was supposed to be happening at that moment! I had given them documents of the order of things for that very reason and we had a planner. Obviously, I would have problems remembering off the top of my head what was next. I told him the wrong thing and we had to awkwardly go back and do some things we skipped over. That was very bad form for a DJ. The DJ, Michael, would yell out things like "Saturday nights" during the dance music which obviously is not the right vibe for a wedding. He did not read the crowd well and played songs for too long when everyone was tired of it and not dancing anymore. The photobooth was not set up correctly. When Joe and I spoke about it on the phone, he said there would be 10 feet of space that the photobooth would capture but they had it set up so that there was only like 6 feet. I remember this because after I got the measurements from him, I tried to get a floral backdrop that was as wide at the picture would be able to get. I couldn't get anything bigger than an 8ft wide wall but even that wasn't fully captured. The guy monitoring the photobooth was very rude and badly behaved. He was having the time of his life (which we got in our videos) and gave me attitude about how we were still taking pictures at the end of the night. Given these issues, I would say how much we paid made sense because they were on the cheaper side (compared to Indian DJs). The uplighting made the ballroom look great. We said pink uplighting but it came out purple which worked out. I have a before and after attached of the ballroom.
