I love it when I walk into an event only to find that they have a photo booth. They have a way of…read moreinstantly taking a party from meh to awesome...there's no potential for dull or awkward moments, only ridiculous poses and uncontrollable laughter. I recently attended a benefit featuring the Snap in a Box photo booth. I've now had the honor (and the occasional horror) of having my picture taken in more than a few photo booths, and Snap in a Box is my hands down favorite. The owners, who are super friendly, patiently watched my friends and me take picture after picture. I'm probably the least photogenic person on earth, but every single one came out perfect. At one point I even tried to challenge the booth to take a bad picture of me by repeatedly giving it my worst angle, but nope. Still perfect. And it wasn't just me; even my pickiest friends loved their pics. They have a ton of props, including giant sunglasses, boas, sparkly mustaches, lips on a stick, viking helmets, bunny ears, and devil horns, plus you can easily share your pics vie email, Facebook, Twitter, etc. I'm already looking forward to my next Snap in a Box experience.

Our top priorities for photobooth: quality of photos and accessibility of photobooth. They set up before our event, but didn't open the photobooth until we wanted it open. So it's a great that they could set up on their own time/out of the way of the event and that we only had to pay for the hours that it was in use-- and not from set up to break down. For our guests with wheelchairs, it made it super easy for them to access and use the photobooth. The pictures were GREAT quality! And our guests had a lot of fun with the different props (standard) and being able to take copies of their pictures with them. Our photobook was very simple and a nice momento. The CD is great because we have all of the photos digitally. Since this was 2013, maybe they've changed to a USB by now, but that would be an easier option. I never personally interacted with the attendant. When I was using the booth, I actually didn't see her either. From talking with our guests, the attendant herself seemed pretty disinterested, standoffish, like she didn't want to be there. So that's disappointing. But our interaction with the company itself was professional and friendly, even if some of the correspondence was the day before (I worried a little that it may be last minute) and not quite thorough initially (had to email after our event to ask when we would receive the digital images on the CD).
