Maria has done a remarkable job for our whole family. She's worked miracles in a studio apartment, home offices, even packed up a kitchen for a remodel. Her imaginative ideas helped us utilize spaces cleverly, and we ask her back from time to time for a tune-up. read more

Maria is amazing! She worked with my schedule to find the perfect time to organize my space. She is extremely professional and reasonably priced- but I would pay anything for the incredible job she did. We completely organized my home office and kitchen which has been life-changing for me as I work from home and spend most of my time in the office and kitchen. I have never been able to keep my space organized but Maria focuses on finding solutions that work for YOU. She organized months ago and I have kept my space organized and clutter free, which helps my brain stay organized and clutter free! It is apparent that she genuinely loves what she does and has a passion for organizing in a way that her clients will be able to keep. I would recommend MS Organized to anyone looking for a little order in their life! read more

With Maria's help I was finally able to face the disaster that was my craft corner! We had our sessions virtually and it was amazing how much she helped me accomplish from the opposite side of the country. During our consultation she got a good feel for my space and took the time to understand my goals. She got my crafting corner in order and she also had some really helpful suggestions for my apartment as a whole. Her approach was so encouraging. You can tell she enjoys helping people get organized and that makes her work very thoughtful. With Maria's positive energy and expertise I was able to get through a daunting process I'd been putting off for 2 years. I can't recommend her enough! read more

I hired Maria after I purchased my first home. I was so overwhelmed because I just did NOT know where to begin. I had shoved things in closets simply to get them out of my sight, and I was feeling so anxious about doing things the "wrong way" that I just couldn't motivate myself to start at all. Enter: Maria! Wow. It's honestly as if these inanimate items speak to her and tell her "this is where I truly belong". After a virtual consultation and me sending some follow-up photos for her to reference, Maria went to work and sent me a comprehensive list of products and links that all fit absolutely perfectly in my space. She came up with ideas that I would have never thought of, like using a rolling cart as a "workout cart" that I could easily roll in and out of a closet when I'm exercising. Every day that I use it now, I think of Maria and what a brilliant idea she came up with. Aside from simply getting my house organized from the start, what I really appreciate the most is that Maria left me with lasting lessons that have really stuck. She didn't just organize my things to be tidy when her job was done, she gave me organizational lessons that I have been implementing ever since so that my house STAYS tidy. I cannot recommend her services highly enough. read more

My favorite part about Maria? She isn't a product pusher! She prioritized using what I had available and not pushing uniform looks or "Instagram" systems that aren't sustainable for a family. Also, pro tip: she will unpack and organize for you!! This was a game changer for my family as we just finished a kitchen remodel and I was traveling. Maria came in, unpacked and organized in two quick days. Everything made sense and has a home. I am so grateful for her help! I cannot recommend her services enough. Don't wait on hiring her, she's such a delight! read more

I used Maria's service to help me get my clutter in the garage, kitchen & closet under control. I had long thought I should be able to do it myself, so I kept putting off hiring an organizer. Then I decided to just bite the bullet and I am so glad that I did. In the first hour, she had my garage looking so much better and I was so impressed. She continued to quickly & efficiently organize my main trouble areas so that what is left behind feels more manageable. I appreciated having another person's eye & expertise on how to better organize & arrange things in my home. I also appreciated her suggestions for products to use. She was very friendly, professional & took utmost care in protecting herself & us by wearing a mask at all times. I would definitely recommend her services and use her again if things get out of control, but hopefully they won't. read more

I just moved into a new apartment and had no idea how to get started. It took me a very long time in my last place to figure out where everything needed to go. It was nice to have a professional come in, determine where things to go based on how often I used it/what my cooking process was kitchen (+ closets, storage, etc.). Maria was able to help organize using the things I already had and even provided tips for other areas of my apartment and how best to upkeep. She did an incredible job and I would highly recommend! read more

Maria is my go to professional organizer. I'm in the process of remodeling my kitchen and she helped me prepare for this big project by cleaning out, decluttering, and editing out things I don't need anymore. She's very efficient and is great at helping me think through how to make my space more functional, practical and aesthetically pleasing. She did a great job in helping me set up a makeshift kitchen while I'm going through the remodel process. I was feeling super stressed about the whole thing but she worked her magic and put me at ease! Thank you again Maria! read more

Maria was an absolute joy to work with and did amazing work with our kids' room and their distance learning "school" space in our dining room, both of which had gotten completely out of control. She was methodical and careful, and took great care to organize things in a way that would not just be tidy when she left, but that we could KEEP tidy. (hopefully.) She was incredibly safe, stayed masked the whole time (as did we when we were in the room with her) and kept the windows open while she worked, for extra ventilation. We are so grateful for her help, and will be calling on her again soon to help with our office and living room, and to help us purge things we no longer need. read more

Maria has that WOW factor. She has a sparkling personality that makes doing the task of organizing actually fun! I hired Maria to help me prepare to move. Maria has that WOW factor. She has a sparkling personality that makes doing the task of organizing actually fun! I hired Maria to help me prepare to move. o i thought: why waste the time to organize if i am going to pack all this stuff?" But the next day, after she left, I walked out into the garage and suddenly everything was much easier. I could breathe without all the clutter. And it became very clear to me the order that I needed to follow. Working with her for those few days I realized that Maria has a rare and almost instinctive ability to sort things in ways that are useful, and clear. It is second nature for her. She made what seemed like a horrifically daunting task so much easier. And she made it fun. What a pleasure!! read more

MS Organized was fantastic and Maria was very professional. The project was a brand new move and I had hired MS Organized to help with organization as I was getting settled into my new place. Maria shopped for items that I could potentially use, returned items that I didn't want, and my home is still organized the way that she had set it up even though it's been several months since the finished the project. I would highly recommend MS Organized - Maria was very easy to work with, friendly, reasonable with her costs, and the entire experience working with her was very seamless. I'll be sure to hire her again! read more

Our kitchen started to get a little out of control during the pandemic. Tupperware, pots, pans, food stuffs were getting difficult to find and manage. Then Maria entered our lives and turned the chaos in to order. She took everything and made it so much easier to access all the food in the pantry, the silverware, pots and pans, cups and dishes. She even organized the linen closet which was an added bonus! 5 stars for making our lives much better. read more

Maria is amazing. We moved into a house in San Francisco and got busy with three children, a dog, a cat, etc. and the place was a mess...until Maria came by to help. She organized our place, such as our kitchen, bathrooms and more, with great expertise. Plus, she has a great attitude. read more

As an exceedingly capable woman in most respects, I have to admit that messiness, clutter, and accumulated years' worth of papers-medical,legal,financial-from my very ill husband, left me totally overwhelmed and hopeless. I had spent a long time caring for him, and the last 12 months were the hardest. All the papers just landed where I dropped them--and I was devastated when he passed away. In comes Maria Sanchez, with her positive attitude, her absolute love of organizing (who knew there were such people??) and her compassionate manner. She was a dynamo, working with me to preserve what needed to be saved, and to discard what could be done away with. I never felt any pressure to toss something that I wanted to keep for sentimental purposes; she was super understanding with all that. Not only did she help dig me out of suffocating clutter, she did it with panache! Her sense of design is very strong, so the organized shelves and drawers and rooms that resulted were not only neat but lovely and soothing. Hiring Maria is like having an interior decorator come in who can delete all the mess and leave you with a beautifully re-imagined space. Maria is not cheap, but she is absolutely comparable with others in her field as far as fees. I have tried this in the past and was judged "irredeemable." But not by Maria-by contracting her services I made the best investment I've made in a very long time. She spent 3 weeks, 3 days a week, 5 hours a day with me, and effected a miracle. I have already contracted with her to return for some touch-ups, and I look forward to these sessions. Did I mention that it was a lot of fun as well? I know this is too long, but I needed to say it: Maria Sanchez is the best organizer/declutterer I have ever met or even heard of. For a fantastic as well as very successful experience, don't hesitate in hiring her services. read more

Maria helped we with a closet I actually thought was in good shape. She was able to tactfully help me purge the things I really didn't need and cut the closet items in half. In addition she was able to help me see how I can improve the functional flow to both my closet and several areas of my house. She was fun to work with and left me in awe of how organized and clean my guest room closet, hall table and front closet could actually be. I can't wait to get to work with her on my bedroom closet and kitchen! read more

Maria & Nicole were amazing at organizing and lovely to have in your space! I moved into a new house and they helped get me organized!! A couple of months after they finished up, I'm so happy to say that the systems they put in place have been so easy to manage. It still looks as if they had recently finished up. They were so thoughtful in placement and kept optimizing placement for easy upkeep. Highly recommend!! read more

I worked with MS Organized shortly after moving into my new house and a few weeks after welcoming a newborn into my family. I was in desperate need of help and wanted to get my home organized. Maria provided exactly the kind of service that I desired and more. She's very versatile, has a sweet personality and is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company and I look forward to working with Maria in the future! read more

Maria did such an amazing job organizing our pantry area. With a new baby on the way it was important that we got everything organized and easily accessible and Maria did just that and more. She helped us purge a lot of much needed items, organized everything and made the space really make sense for us. We even ended up being able to store items we thought we'd never have room for! In addition she gave us ideas on items we can get down the road to help us stay organized as our family grows. Maria was a joy to work with and I could not recommend her more! read more

Maria is amazing! She has changed so much for the better in how our family operates. We are soo much more organized and spend much less time frustrated, looking for stuff! We are so grateful and have had her visit now multiple times and am sure more to come. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and has a very creative, solution-oriented way of organizing. I recently moved from a larger apt to a smaller one and had more items than I could store. Maria was referred to me and I am so happy she was because she organized my kitchen, living room, bedroom and closets. I am 67 and really needed help. Maria's suggestions about clearing out items I no longer needed or wanted helped to streamline the organization and placement of everything in my apartment! She came a few times and made this process easy, fun and productive. I would recommend Maria to anyone needing her expertise and probably will call her for other tasks in the future. read more

Maria helped me organize my kitchen pantry earlier this year. She transformed my pantry from a "catch-all" space (games, baby supplies, crafts, small appliances, you name it - it was in there) into a usable and functional space. I enjoy being in the kitchen again because ingredients, tools and appliances are are always within reach - no more playing Tetris to find anything! Because the space is functional again, canned and dry goods ACTUALLY get used which has helped our family cut down on food waste and curb over-buying. One of the most important take-aways I took from this experience is that Maria taught me how make decisions about what to keep versus what to let go of, which in theory seems easy, but can sometimes be difficult to do. Maria was professional, easy to work with, and listens to her clients to ensure she delivers custom and lasting solutions for your space. If you're considering professional organizing services, I would highly recommend her! read more

Maria was the best. I had to move out of my apartment where I've lived for 37 years while major repairs were being done there. I'm not a hoarder, I just avoided decisions about what to keep and what to donate and what to just plain throw in the trash. "Might need that someday" was my motto. My place was packed with almost 4 decades worth of "stuff." If there was something in the heap that I could have made use of, I wouldn't have known where to find it. Maria asks the absolutely right questions to help me/you make sensible decisions and feel great about them. With her help I succeeded in getting rid of or passing on at least half the accumulation. My apartment looks like an apartment now, not a storage bin, and I haven't missed anything! I can't quite remember what was there. Maria is personable, good-humored, a good listener, and a great organizer. And she was worth every cent of her fee. She was very hands-on, helped move things, and brought order to drawers and shelves. And I no longer have to fear getting buried by all those now-absent "treasures." She was perfect. read more

I hired Maria to reorganize my bedroom and also my new apartment. She found functional and unique ways based on the available storage spaces and offered excellent ideas for types of containers and use cases for items I already have! We went through my entire apartment (clothing, dressers, kitchen supplies, toiletries, closets etc) and made thoughtful recommendations about the amount of stuff I had and what I could get rid of now or in the future. She's excellent at looking at a space and seeing what the potential is. She's able to make any wasted space into something functional. Maria is thoughtful and her recommendations and listens to what you're looking for and what you need. I would highly recommend her for reviving any space no matter how big or small. read more

I had years of clutter and collections in my bedroom and I had a vision of having a master bedroom as a retreat, and not a catch-all place for my family's stuff. I had lots of anxiety with 1) having a stranger come into my space that I feel like I had been hiding from people for the longest time and 2) knowing I had to make a lot of decisions in a short period of time. Maria came with great energy, ideas, understanding, empathy, and most importantly no judgement! She hauled off a couple bags of donations each visit, which helped encourage me to keep going between visits. Dog friendly and kid friendly, she worked away at my piles in the midst of any distractions, lol! I am still working on my room, but with her help, I was able to let go of a lot, and I am so much closer to my "zen" room than I had ever been before. And I think I hold the record of the amount my husbands Warriors, Giants, 49ers and other T-shirts she had to fold and hang :). Thank you so much, Maria, for helping me change my life! read more
