It's a cute salon that is clearly meant for kids with balloons, bejeweled mirrors, glitter water globes, and kids movies. $45 for a cut as of Jan 2026. Girls get a cool hairdo style after the cut. Great place for people to take their kiddos for their first cuts because she gives you a photo and certificate and a pouch with some of the hair. There's seriously no one better in the area than Ms Karen. She gives the swaggiest, cutest, best looking cuts especially for boys if you like the high and tight look like I do for my son. Her studio is gorgeous, there is a mural, so many fun things to look at and keep little ones focused and still. She gives balloons and a little gift out of her treasure chest at the end. Our precious boy got his first professional haircut this morning by a wonderful woman named Ms. Karen! She was so sweet and kind to our little bub. Her salon is perfect for children, so many different distractions to keep him occupied, and she was so gentle! When she was finished, she let him pick out a toy, gave him a balloon, and took a family photo of us with a first haircut certificate as a keepsake (along with some of his hair!) I took my 4 year old and 2 year old here for their first hair cuts and it was a great experience. She made both kids feel comfortable and was so patient and engaging with them. All 3 times were horrible haircuts so we needed to find a better place. Ms Karen met my expectation for how a kids haircut should be. He cried at first but she put him at ease with all the cool stuff around the chair. He stopped crying after only a couple of minutes and she proceeded to cut his hair. The end result was great. He still moved quite a bit because he was curious to see all the stuff around him but again, Ms Karen was very patient. She is located in another salon (Beauty for You) so its kinda hidden. He get what she calls the "David Beckham" cut and I always get compliments on it - even when it's been over a month out it still looks great.
