The shop was very clean and organized with clear indicators of where to drop off your laundry. I dropped my laundry off on a Friday afternoon and got it back on Monday. There is a 20lb minimum for drop-offs and they provide a form for you to fill out with all necessary details. For convenience, this was a nice option, and all the clothes came back clean and folded neatly. An employee also offered to bring my laundry to my vehicle when I picked it up, which was very nice. I was reticent about using a laundry service, but I highly recommend using Sud City.
