Statt einer sachlichen Klärung wurde ich unfreundlich empfangen, herablassend behandelt und schließlich abgewiesen. Für kranke Menschen ist ein solcher Umgang eine zusätzliche Belastung, die absolut vermeidbar wäre. Ich komme selbst aus der Gesundheitsbranche und schreibe selten Bewertungen. In diesem Fall halte ich es jedoch für wichtig, öffentlich auf diese Missstände und die fehlende Menschlichkeit hinzuweisen. Auch im Kiez und unter den anderen Bewertungen hört man immer wieder, dass dieses Studio vor allem im Servicebereich nicht zu empfehlen ist. Absolut keine Empfehlung.

You have to pay 40€ to register the first month (on top of the monthly fee), but you get one hour with a personal trainer. I wouldn't trust the personal trainer that much though. It might be the language barrier or lack of knowledge, I am not sure, but I don't think they are professional. I was instructed to do certain exercises and after a few weeks my shoulders started hurting. I am sure it was from the new exercises I was told to do, but the PT told me to go to the doctor instead of changing my routine. It's a rather small gym with only one squat rack. Go there during off-peak hours if you want to use it! If you pay 12 months up front you get the 13th for free/get the PT for free (something like that). Otherwise you pay an extra 19.90€ per 6 or 12 months for the PT.
