In my mind, it was the perfect fit for a Type A parent like myself. I first met Ms. Andrea, who was simply delightful and soft-spoken. I shared my expectations as a parent, and she truly listened. I told her that as long as my child was treated with respect, communication remained open--even for the slightest concern--and transparency was maintained, she wouldn't hear a peep from me. Ms. Andrea and Ms. Yahira have exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only do they treat my child with respect, but they genuinely love her and have taught her so much in such a short time. She has responded like 2x and then when you reply she never responds. I even filled out the registration form on her website - no response. She sends my daughter her schedule. I show up 2 weeks later to one of the times on her schedule. The facility says she is NEVER and has NEVER been there on that day so I show up the other day on her schedule. She is very rude and tells me her best communication is email. That's funny because you don't respond. I told her I showed up the other day and her response was oh my schedule changed.
