My units were really old! The hot water heater was in a small closet and the pipes were seized up and had to be cut out and replaced, so it didn't look at all fun lol. The jobs were messy but they cleaned up and you couldn't tell they were even here by just looking around. However, my furnace And hot water tank are working great! Another thing to mention is that every single time I've called, sorry to say it was several times throughout this decision making and installation process, Paul called me back within just a few minutes! He said they could be there on Monday. Said it would be around $500. I gave the go ahead. Ben called me on Monday and discussed what we had talked about on Friday. No mention that it would be more. They finished the job and sent a bill via email for over $1000. He said they had to call the water company to shut the water off and had to wait for them. I don't think they should charge me for the down time when they knew in advance it involved the main line coming into the house. I would not trust a quote from them unless you are ok with paying double.

And, said the pool that has been in place for over 20 years needed to come down for them to repair the line. Said, "no thank you, I will call Jackson". Called Jackson, they repaired the line and left the pool alone for a reasonable price. I have called them numerous times for different properties, and have always felt good about their work, prices and people. They don't fluff or try to sell you anything that isn't about moving water in or out of your home. I WILL ALWAYS CALL JACKSON PLUMBING!!!!
