They finished the job and sent a bill via email for over $1000. He said they had to call the water company to shut the water off and had to wait for them. I don't think they should charge me for the down time when they knew in advance it involved the main line coming into the house. I would not trust a quote from them unless you are ok with paying double.

Reynolds Plumbing sent Jim and Sam over to check out the problem. They arrived when they said they would. They were very friendly. They looked at the pipes under the house and said there was no problem! Then they fixed my original issue (kitchen sink draining slowly) and gave me pointers on garbage disposal use. Worst customer service EVER! We hired Estes Excavation and…read moreDrain to do the inspections on the well and septic of the house we were purchasing. We aren't sure they ever did an inspection on the well or the septic because we were supposed to receive the inspection reports for both services and we never received either one. We tried calling Estes but they never answer their phone. Our agent tried calling them but they never answered any of his calls either, nor did they ever call any of us back. They had no problems taking our money though. We paid for a home warranty when we purchased our home because there were things that didn't quite work right when we purchased the home. We found that almost all of the faucets leaked. When we contacted the home warranty company they told us they were sending out, you guessed it, Estes. They gave us a window of between 11:00 and 3:30. We waited that whole time for them to show up but they never did. We called the warranty company the next day to let them know Estes never showed up. We were told that Estes reported that they didn't find anything wrong with the system (plumbing fixtures). Well of course not, you'd actually have to show up to find something wrong with the system. So the warranty company told us they would, again, be scheduling for someone to come out to address the issues we were having. Lo and behold Estes took that call and have us the same window. And again they never showed up and didn't call to let us know what was going on. This time we called the warranty company asking them to contact Estes to confirm the appointment. However, Estes never answered the warranty company's call either. Then we called again after the service window letting the warranty company know that, once again, Estes never showed up nor did they call. In conclusion we wouldn't refer anyone to.this company to do any kind of work because they don't show up and they don't answer your call yet they don't have any trouble taking your money.

When I have tried to do this, the receptionist tries to get you to change your appointment date. How utterly bizarre. After two years of this, I'm done with the company.

We had them look a 2nd time and they found it was leaking freon. They told us our best bet was to purchase a brand new unit because the repair was going to cost $6,000+. Josh from House of Service came out to give us a 2nd opinion. He asked how old the unit was and then called the manufacture himself. Turns out it was still covered under warranty and we only had to pay for labor and freon. He saved us thousands! He was very honest and they did a great job on the install. Outstanding service for my families central AC unit. For years we have been having AC techs come…read moreout to our home and clean and refill the central AC unit every summer. Our house barely stayed cool over the long summer months and ran all the time (day and night). After having an insane electric bill for 4 months last year we decided to give House of Service a try since they were a local Heating and Air company. Not only did the tech clean our system and make sure it was running properly. He identified a problem in our blower unit that had been causing issues for years - condensation from exposed pipes. He fixed the problem with condensation by covering and sealing up our pipes in our blower unit and now my central air unit is working better than it has for the past 10 years. Great service, honest and very knowledgeable service techs make this a great company to fix any HVAC problem. My family and friends will defiantly be coming back.
