It was a really stressful time for our family, and I was suddenly scrambling to find someone who could replace the doors quickly and reasonably. I got multiple bids from handymen as well as door and window companies, and Spencer stood out immediately. He was extremely responsive, came out quickly to provide an estimate, had the best pricing by far, and was very straightforward about the options and game plan. What really impressed me was that he was able to find exact replacement doors, which meant I didn't have to replace the entire system or the surrounding side windows -- saving us a huge amount of money compared to the other quotes we received. Once the doors arrived, Spencer moved fast. He completed the installation, trim work, and paint all in one day, and the finished product looks amazing. You would never know the doors had been damaged. I'm incredibly grateful for Spencer's professionalism, communication, pricing, and quality of work during such a difficult time for our family. I would absolutely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing door, window, or home repair work.

I couldn't even bring myself to show pictures to anyone. So of course, a kitchen remodel was at the top of my list. I picked out modern cabinets and quartz countertops to match, and hired Rian to handle the demo and installation. From day one, he was incredibly communicative -- letting me know exactly when he'd arrive, when he'd wrap up, and even pointing out a few things I hadn't noticed (like ants near the pipes -- cue my mini panic and an emergency exterminator call, but that's another story). Rian was thorough every step of the way -- before, during, and after the remodel. He patiently answered all my questions, including a strange request from a previous plumber about "venting heat" through a hole. Rian quickly diagnosed it as a valve issue instead, saving me from unnecessary work. The end result? Stunning. My kitchen looks completely transformed -- modern, clean, and exactly how I envisioned it. He finished faster than expected, left no mess behind, and his pricing was more than fair. Home remodels can be stressful, but Rian made the process smooth and easy. I'll definitely be calling him again for my upstairs bathroom in the spring. If you want someone who communicates clearly, gives honest advice, and truly prioritizes your needs (even when you think you need a new dishwasher but it's just a valve issue!), Rian's your guy.
