I had great experiences using this service to deliver from Jimmy Belle's (which unfortunately just closed) and Beef O'Brady's - but I will never order from Tapatio's again... these orders took well over an hour, and the food sort of congealed (which, may be just what happens when you get Mexican food delivered). Anyway, I do think an hour and a half is a bit too long to wait. Don't order if you want them to come exactly at a specific time. They aren't catering, they are delivering food because you were too lazy to leave the house =) If you keep it all in perspective and you don't have crazy expectations, Takeout Hero is a really handy option to have.
