I have been to a few Mr.wish locations and they are pretty much the same. The drinks are great. I like to get my seasonal winter drink Ginger Milk tea which is delicious. Also got the custard waffles which a fave. They change the shapes of custard and this time is a boba drink shape. Yummy!

As a big fruit tea fan, I love the drink options containing fresh pulp here. Very refreshing and light. Big selection to choose from including waffle bites! Workers provided great recommendations after explaining what I was looking for too. I absolutely will be returning to try more of the menu.

Make room, make room, there's a new Mr. Wish location in town! I've always had a soft spot for Mr. Wish, and so, when my sister and I unknowingly stumbled across this location today, we knew we had to give it a try. First impression, very new, very clean. Bright white walls, great lighting, and gorgeous canvas prints. Plus, there's plenty of seating and cool air conditioning too! The two of us ordered the Colorful Fruit Tea and 3Q Milk Tea, both with 30% sugar and less ice. At first, my sister asked for 0% sugar in her Colorful Fruit Tea, but the lady at the register (the owner perhaps?) told her that it wouldn't taste as good with 0% sugar, hence she got 30% instead. Both drinks were delicious; the Colorful Fruit Tea was light, fruity, and refreshing, and the 3Q Milk Tea was creamy with chewy toppings. Price-wise, the prices have increased since the last time I visited a Mr. Wish location, but then again, the prices are comparable to most fruit tea and bubble tea shops nowadays. I'm not sure how well this location will fare since there's not much foot traffic in the area, but I hope this place is here to stay. Overall, tasty drinks, nice staff, and fast service. Definitely recommend!

Welcome to the neighborhood! A refreshing new boba tea shop in the this part of Brooklyn. Placed my order for a Peach Sunset with cheese foam and a mochi custard egg waffle. Waited for my order in the spacious dining area and a few more customers came in to purchase drinks as well. I like my cold peach tea drink with white jelly, I especially enjoyed my custard egg waffle; with it's warm custardy center filling- wasn't really too sweet. Overall, a good place to cool off with and a drink

Good selection of beverages and coffee. Loved sparkling drinks. A bit slow service, but it's worth it.

I had a wonderful experience taking an iced matcha class at Kettl on Monday! I signed up for the…read moreclass before I got to NY and was able to work it into my busy schedule of being a cool aunt. My brother and I walked around the Greenpoint area and then he had to go pick up his kiddo from camp, so I explored the area then put Kettl into google maps thinking I was coming early for class to avoid the rain. I accidentally went to the wrong location and then it started pouring. The staff told me the other location was 10 minutes away by foot, so I hauled myself to it in pouring rain. Luckily I wore workout clothes and tennis shoes that day, but my raincoat was water resistant, not waterproof, so I got pretty soaked. I still arrived a few minutes early, and the staff let me take some napkins to dry myself off. The class was at the bar in the back of this flagship location. It was set up for two, but I was the only person who showed. Jayanna led me through a very detailed class, provided handouts and a soba tea cookie along with water, and answered a ton of questions I had. As a daily matcha maker, I knew I had a lot to learn. She showed me how to care for the different tools used to make matcha. We made three preparations: sparkling matcha, shaken matcha, and matcha latte. We went through each with various steps and measurements. She demonstrated what to do and then I would make the drinks for both of us. It was a very fun experience and I learned a lot. I also got to shop after the class with a 15% discount, so I got myself a custom single cultivar matcha called okuju made exclusively for Kettl and especially for lattes, and then some individually wrapped fancy tea bags of matcha genmai and hojicha for Eric when he travels. The class had an hour and a half of instruction and I spent a half hour asking about products and shopping. It is a very nice space and I would love to try some of the unique drinks on the menu plus take more classes. If you love matcha and learning, I recommend taking a class here or at the LA location if you are on the west coast!

You can also pick up a wide range of matchas from different regions and beautiful teaware as well. My only disappointment was the baked good - we got a slice of bread/cake and it was atrociously dry!! There were long lines while we were there but the staff managed the queues efficiently and the line moved fast. Worth it!

Both were incredible and I felt immensely better afterwards. I later returned on several occasions and tried their Moon Milk, which is a delicious mixture of turmeric, cardamom, coconut and ashwahganda, the Key to the Garden drink (coconut, nutmeg, cacao, cinnamon and maple), their vanilla chocolate chip cookies and regular chocolate chip cookies. You can get these drinks hot or iced. I had all of them iced! I also had one of the best iced matcha lattes ever from here with sweet coconut milk. WOW. From what I've seen, baked goods change daily and their drink menus change semi often as well, which is exciting!! Outside, there is some seating, lovely items and books for purchase and a window to order, as well as the menu items displayed on boards and items around the space. Inside is quite similar, but with more items for sale and more seating. The vibes are immaculate and this seems to be a space that's community centered and has an emphasis on carrying items made by local artists. Remember to bring cash to tip. I cannot wait until my next visit here!!

You realize it's cluttered with a bunch of knickknacks and other games and accessories that. Some of the items inside look like they're either for sale or just meant for display, which is fine, but I feel like it distracts from the main purpose, which is serving food and being a comfortable resting spot. It's no fault of the place, but the vibe is a mix of reggae, African folk music, and incense, and it contrasts sharply with the environment outside. There's an Italian restaurant across the street blasting Frank Sinatra type music, so the clash is noticeable. I feel like maybe the sound could be adjusted or balanced somehow. As part of the promotion, I ordered the vegan lentil soup. It was okay, nothing special but not bad. Then I was served an iced chai latte, and most of the spices sank to the bottom under the ice. After I swirled it, the spices still didn't have much flavor. It wasn't strong or pungent, and you couldn't really taste the spices or feel any of the digestive benefits chai is usually known for. It didn't taste like tea; it was just mildly sweet. I could see myself drinking it with a dessert, but it didn't stand out on its own. The service was friendly. I hope this place the best and want it to succeed but it needs to literally clean up.

The counter was emptied when we first came but it filled up pretty quickly. We just got a matcha latte and one prix fixe menu to share. For the main dessert, we picked the chocolate and hojicha soufflé. The chocolate soufflé was light and airy and not too sweet. It paired very well with the hojicha ice cream and caramel apple on the side. Overall, all the dessert was pretty good but everything was very small and I don't think it tasted that good that it worth $30. The service was also not that great. My husband and I were a little confused when we first got into the store and we weren't sure if we needed to be seated. A lady that worked there saw us but never greeted us nor gave us water until we asked. It took a while for someone to acknowledge us and it just made us felt a little uncomfortable.
