I called the number listed online for Mr Tire and made an appointment with them and the lady after I asked 3 different times can I get right in for the time the appointment is and she said yes. I go there and the rude arrogant man at the desk proceeded to tell me he was behind 2 hours and would not be all done with the vehicle he had in. He told me he didn't care what the lady said especially because she is call service employee that knows nothing about his business. I was thinking if he didn't care what she said and apparently she doesn't actually know anything about his schedule why in the hell don't they change the number and make it the actual number of the business!! Satisfaction guaranteed? Let's see. My daughter received an oil change on her BMW X3 about a week ago. Yesterday, an oil light alert came on advising her to immediately stop driving, turn off the engine and do not drive further. She was stuck in the middle of nowhere, Ohio (Nelsonville) on the side of the highway. $600 tow later to the nearest BMW Dealership, we were advised that Mr. Tire installed an aftermarket oil filter and removed the insert (required for the car to operate correctly) and put the cap back on. The cap wouldn't fit with the insert with the aftermarket oil filter. So instead of advising her that Mr. Tire was not equipped to work on a BMW, they put her in harms way. The BMW Dealership inspected the situation $199 and replaced the oil filter, the cap (with proper insert) $159. read more

I would strongly advise against going here if you care about your car. I bought my car in for an oil change and they overfilled it to the point where it almost damaged my engine. Further, after the oil change i was on a road trip when it overflowed and it caused me to have to pull over in the middle of nowhere by myself at night. This left me in an extremely dangerous situation. I ended up having to have all the oil dumped and cleaned out, filter replaced, and oil changed again. The other auto shop said I'm really lucky they didn't cause permanent damage to my engine. Since and oil change is a simple service, I thought they would be able to do it easily but I guess not. Further, I reached out for a refund and attached the other mechanic report stating the oil was overfilled, and they still have not issued a refund or even gotten back to me after almost 2 months. I also have other friends who have come here for tire services and they had poor experiences where the service lasted for only a couple of weeks. I STRONGLY recommend taking your business elsewhere, even if its for a simple service like an oil change or tire patch. read more

Every time I come here it feels like I am an inconvenience to the staff. How dare I bring in my truck to fix something they screwed up. One time I had an appt and waited for 1.5 hours to find out the techs shift ended and just left, even though he was supposed to look at my wheels for an alignment and balance. Mistakenly I purchased tires here and they were not balanced properly. I called and was told to be here at 7:45am and I would be the first one in. I arrived on time and was greeted with a sour puss who told me they were backed up from yesterday and would have to wait. Then they took in 2 cars ahead of me at the time of this writing (still waiting). Beware of the attitudes and workmanship here. There are others shops that may do better. read more

Do not go here these guys are ignorant and liars I dropped my vehicle off to have it fixed/looked at and I clearly had duck tape over my window button because its fucking broken and they had rolled down my window so now its stuck open also the car handle to get out was broken.. The manager is very inept at maintaining good customer service. I bought tires in 2020 with 65,000 MI. Warranty. Now 2 years later my Subaru dealer tells me my tires need replaced and showed me a low value tread score.There is only 27,000 miles on them. I paid 900.00. The manger said it was because I did not rotate them every 3000 mi. I said I was not aware of that. She said it was stated on the receipt. It was not. She said she told me verbally. She then began to "multitask" as I was asking her a question. WHO, WHO does not give the customer their full attention? When I asked her to do that she threw her upper body in my direction and said"WHAT IS YOUR QUESTION" "WHAT DO YOU WANT" I said I wanted to know my options and she SAID YOU DON'T HAVE ANY OPTIONS" and waved her arm toward the door. This tire company is always helpful, prompt, and affordable. They've helped out my daughter with little things numerous times for little money or free. They remember my family members and are warm and courteous. We've completely switched over to them for most routine stuff with two of our household cars and all tire/oil change service. read more

Stopped in to get a patch done on one leaky tire. Staff seemed nice and everything was fine. Service man came back to tell me that my tires tread measured 4/32" so they could not service them. Tried to get me to buy a full new set of tires. But I just got the tires about a year ago, I have my own measuring gage, and the tires themselves have wear lines on them so you can visually see if you need new ones, literally not even close to needing replaced. Kinda disgraceful service, not sure if they were trying to cheat me or if the service tech just doesn't know how to measure tire treads. read more

Have only had one experience here and so far so good. Amanda answered the phone and was the absolute sweetest person on earth. Helped me get everything figured out, prices and such (had a tire blowout and needed a new tire) around $80 for one but includes free repairs, if they can't repair it, they prorate it, free alignment check (if that's not already mandatory) and free rotation. I had a small window to be able to make it in time, and she had even offered to have someone drop me back off at work. Wonderful customer service and tire changed in 20 minutes, even with an unexpected call off. Amanda is amazing!! read more

Friendly, honest, and quick service. My wife unfortunately drove over a nail and got a flat tire. As he was changing the tire, the AAA attendant shared that he thought the tire couldn't be patched and needed to be replaced. To my dismay, my wife freely shared the AAA attendent's assessment when she dropped off car at Mr. Tire. In my mind this guaranteed that we were going to be buying a new tire. The honest mechanics at Mr. Tire were able to quickly patch the hole and had the car done in a matter of minutes. Friendly honest service. Thanks! read more

Unfortunately I had a disappointing experience with this location. After they did a basic alignment, I noticed that the car (only 20,000 miles) was pulling severely to one side. I brought it back a week later and asked them to look things over. They refused to even look at their work and told me I needed to buy new tires. Their dismissal of a problem that only started after they worked on the car doesn't inspire confidence in me to buy new tires with them. read more
