He asked how many windows I was getting tinted and I told him I wasn't sure as this was a gift but that I would call the person and get back to him. Despite my better judgment, I called back and let him know it was 2 windows. He decided to add a little jab, "I told you! People don't always want 4 windows tinted". He was very proud to be right based on an assumption as I never asked for a set number of windows to be tinted. I booked an appointment 2 weeks out where he went back and forth telling me I should do it sooner. After a few minutes, I finally got him to book the appointment for the day I was requesting. He told me my options were to be there at 8:30am or 9am but no other details. I didn't want to engage further with the man seeing as this was for my friend. Well, we show up to the appointment and the same person is tinting another car. Which is odd if I made an appointment to get a car tinted for that morning. He asked, "what do you want?". I told him I had an appointment at 9 am. He goes and checks and sees that my name is written down. He obviously double booked himself. He then asks me, "what we doing", so I let him know it's for my friend so that they can discuss the details. He tells him. "Ok, we are doing the front windows to match the back factory tints. It will be $80 more for ceramic. You want ceramic or regular tints?" My friend asked for ceramic. He replied with,"k, where's your keys? It will be done later today. Want me to call you when it's done or at the and of the day at 3?" So I stepped in to ask how long would the work take. This is when he decides to give me attitude the same as he did on the phone. "I told you on the phone that it is all day". Ok, I just count in my mind and ask. Well, you said we can have you call when the work is done or at the end of the day. So, how long do you think it will take. At this point he decided to be as condescending,"well I said we close at 3 so it will take until 3pm. I always go over the tint and times on the phone it is not my fault you forgot". This is what pissed me off. I let him know it wasn't possible he explained the tints since I wasn't making the decision on the color and he never told me the time. At which point I asked for the keys back and I told him there was no reason to be rude and I will not be supporting their business. It was clear to me that he booked another car in our time-slot and was trying to pass the blame on to me and I don't appreciate that. I have gotten tints at another business and they set my appointment on the phone, gave me a timeframe, and told me they would show me the different level of tints when I arrive so I would be feel comfortable with my choices. They made sure to explain the differences and made me feel comfortable with my decision before moving forward with the work. Their service was great as they provided the basic customer service a person deserves. This person did none of that. He didn't care about helping the customer one bit. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Did I mention that I'm a new rider with lots of questions? He showed me huge selection of bikes, mostly preowned. I described the type of bike I was looking for and he brought to the section that he thought I would like. Needless to say, I did have my sights on the 2017 Suzuki Boulevard M50. Beautiful bike. He let me leave with absolutely no pressure to buy or any commitment at all. After thinking all weekend about this bike , I reached back out to Jordan and he helped with financing, insurance, registration everything. The whole transaction was smooth and pleasurable. Whenever I go in for service, John and his team always take the time to listen and figure out any issues I might have. They always check to make sure I have accommodations, whether it be a ride, a loaner, or just a cup of coffee while I wait. And when I come back and it costs less than expected. I've recommended friends to go there too, and they are pleasantly surprised that going to a dealership won't break the bank and they get such great service.
