I think?) was phenomenal and super friendly and informative without being over the top and trying to sell you one million different things. The vibe inside was great and there was a really cute dog there which would've gotten this place a 6/5 but I think the dog was super shy so I didn't get to pet him too much lol. But I got basically same day service and they got both windows, rear windshield, and the corner port glass all done in like an hour. I will say it was a little on the pricier side? Maybe I'm just poor but the middle option was twice as expensive as the cheapest one (I got the middle option because it was recommended and they let me see the difference firsthand). But the same store in Pittsburgh was charging me $100 more than this place did so as far as I'm concerned I definitely got what I paid for. Plus I got lifetime warranty Great service! Would definitely come here again if I have anything else they can do for me

He helped me choose a cost-efficient option, and his work was extremely neat and professional. He also explained how to properly care for the tint afterward and informed me about the lifetime warranty, as long as I kept a copy of the receipt. I appreciated that he even recommended taking a picture of the receipt, storing it in my drive, and emailing it to myself so I would always have access to it. Not many business owners share tips like that, especially when it comes to honoring lifetime warranties, so I truly appreciated his honesty and knowledge. The service was quick, but still very efficient and high quality. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish.

STAY FAR AWAY! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!…read more I called to schedule an appointment and the person was rude. He asked how many windows I was getting tinted and I told him I wasn't sure as this was a gift but that I would call the person and get back to him. Despite my better judgment, I called back and let him know it was 2 windows. He decided to add a little jab, "I told you! People don't always want 4 windows tinted". He was very proud to be right based on an assumption as I never asked for a set number of windows to be tinted. I booked an appointment 2 weeks out where he went back and forth telling me I should do it sooner. After a few minutes, I finally got him to book the appointment for the day I was requesting. He told me my options were to be there at 8:30am or 9am but no other details. I didn't want to engage further with the man seeing as this was for my friend. Well, we show up to the appointment and the same person is tinting another car. Which is odd if I made an appointment to get a car tinted for that morning. He asked, "what do you want?". I told him I had an appointment at 9 am. He goes and checks and sees that my name is written down. He obviously double booked himself. He then asks me, "what we doing", so I let him know it's for my friend so that they can discuss the details. He tells him. "Ok, we are doing the front windows to match the back factory tints. It will be $80 more for ceramic. You want ceramic or regular tints?" My friend asked for ceramic. He replied with,"k, where's your keys? It will be done later today. Want me to call you when it's done or at the and of the day at 3?" So I stepped in to ask how long would the work take. This is when he decides to give me attitude the same as he did on the phone. "I told you on the phone that it is all day". Ok, I just count in my mind and ask. Well, you said we can have you call when the work is done or at the end of the day. So, how long do you think it will take. At this point he decided to be as condescending,"well I said we close at 3 so it will take until 3pm. I always go over the tint and times on the phone it is not my fault you forgot". This is what pissed me off. I let him know it wasn't possible he explained the tints since I wasn't making the decision on the color and he never told me the time. At which point I asked for the keys back and I told him there was no reason to be rude and I will not be supporting their business. It was clear to me that he booked another car in our time-slot and was trying to pass the blame on to me and I don't appreciate that. I have gotten tints at another business and they set my appointment on the phone, gave me a timeframe, and told me they would show me the different level of tints when I arrive so I would be feel comfortable with my choices. They made sure to explain the differences and made me feel comfortable with my decision before moving forward with the work. Their service was great as they provided the basic customer service a person deserves. This person did none of that. He didn't care about helping the customer one bit. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Also the outside borders of my front windshield that they tinted was spotty. You can see several spots where they cut it to short below the defroster bubbles. They said sometimes they go away and sometimes they don't, it's been 2 months and they are still there, I brought my car back to at least get the 2 front windows re-done about 2 weeks after. They took 2 1/2 hours just to redo 1 window, the asked me if I wanted the other one done? As if they took long on purpose because they didn't want to redo it. Especially when the advertise lifetime warranty on thier tints. I said don't bother and left. Not to mention after leaving there each time i noticed a small dink/dent on the passenger side of my vehicle door when i got home. Bottom line is i paid $250 for tints that im not happy with , the outside borders of my front windshield look awful.
