Over the period of two months and many phone calls placed on my end to their office and employees, most of which were unanswered and never received a call back once on a message I left that I can recall, I still didn't have a straight answer whether I could even revive their service. It took the two months of phone tag to even get someone out to my location. Then when they were there I was told they would call me with an answer one way or the other the following week by the employee. Never received another phone call from them at all. I tried calling another time the employee who gave me his number at the time, with no response to my left message. Called office again and lady in office was basically clueless and helpless to my situation. I have had their service going on 2 years.. Service is excellent. Same ppl answer the phone-you deal with no reps and everyone speaks clear english. On call 24/7 and if there is a problem, they call you and let you know how long internet will be down. I am a gamer we also have wii, ipad, all cell phones and a ipod running.. I can host online video games thru my ps3... No issues!! I get the speeds i am promised!! And there is no contract fees. Frontier and mediacom.. ARE GARBAGE!! read more

Pros - Local office in town Cons - OVERLOADED NETWORK - Slow Speeds - Prices are way too high for anything past the 4mb package. - Excuses and no compensation for shit speeds. If they would stop signing people up and work on their current infrastructure and customer base this company could be great. But.. That's not going to happen. Everyday the speeds get worse and I'm in the same town as the main office it's pathetic. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company until they get there shit together. What's sad is that they know exactly what they are doing overloading it but they don't care just as long as they collect the money at the end of the month. read more

Horrible speeds and customer service. When installed a year ago speed was great (compared to Frontier). The more people in LeRoy that signed up, the worse the speed got. They promise up to 4mbps but we get around .07 Mbps. Netflix buffers constantly and unable to watch short video on phone without it pausing. Myself and other neighbors contact them frequently. Phone calls and messages are never returned. Receive 2-3 automated calls per month to announce "fixes" and messages are more techy...not for the average person. Not impressed! read more

Beware False Advertizing I live in rural Heyworth and signed up with MR on their 10 Meg plan. they claimed I could stream in HD. System constantly buffers and pauses during videos and speed test show I only get 1-2 Mbps. MR customer service is a joke, STAY AWAY FYI, I just switched to New Wave Net out of Bloomington and they do have speeds that match what they advertize, plus they have solutions that do not require line-of-site like MR did. read more

I don't have any experience with their service itself, they never gave me a chance to experience it. They canceled both times they scheduled to come install it. The first time with just 2 hours heads up they were canceling the second time they didn't call at all. All on the excuse of "Major Outages". Overall if that is their reliability of just getting a customer setup I'm not sure I'd ever actually want to even have their service. read more
