We were so thankful to the crew for restoring our gifted car to it's former glory :0) I recommend coming here. Prices are average and they do a great job!

Don't waste your time…read more Disclosure: My car wasn't actually detailed. It's the awful - and arrogant in my opinion - attitude and lackluster customer service (actually disservice) that resulted in this review. I made the arrangement for outside detailing for Sunday, April 4. I received a confirmation notice the day of the scheduled work. Also got a text stating he was on his way and would be arriving in 13 minutes. Good start! I was outside working in my yard of my condo when a saw a white van pull into the driveway and parking area in the back. Different vehicle than what I'm used to seeing, and, since it was arriving at about the expected time, I gave the driver a nod. Maybe he didn't see that. Anyway, instead of coming to the front door where I was, he stayed in the van and, ALLEGEDLY, called me 3 times. When working outside, I do not carry my phone in my pocket. According to Danny, when I didn't answer, he drove off. However, I have an iPhone and there was NO record of ANY calls made to me. His excuse? He called the number I gave him. Baloney! I believe I know my own phone number. Why didn't he do what EVERY other person who has ever come to either do an estimate or work - and there have been many of both - and come to the front door and entrance??? I was waiting for him, and had set aside my time (I work for the Air Force and am not always home) for both outside and inside detailing. Here's the really bad part. Instead of manning up and sincerely (not just saying the word) apologizing, he stated that he always waits in his van and calls first. Too much of an effort to ring a doorbell like everyone else?? In the Emails that followed, he totally disrespected me by telling ME what I should have done. I made an appointment, and I was outside waiting for him, and yet I didn't do enough to contact him? Again, what contractor shows up and doesn't come to the door? Only him. His actual work might be excellent, but his attitude towards me was unacceptable. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.

The detailer was able to get all the dog hair out of the seats and even the little crevices between them. The pictures say everything you need to know. The final insult was them acting like they didn't have change when I went to pay them. The guy asked around, nobody had any cash. I'm pretty sure he was fishing for a tip because when I said I didn't have any other way to pay, magically a giant wad of cash came out of his pocket and he had enough fives and tens in there to make change for me several times over... My biggest regret? Not paying with a credit card so I could file a chargeback. If you want a clean car, consider going elsewhere... Not all of the pictures show up for some reason so I'll list everything... Glovebox wasn't cleaned, full of dirt still. Sand on the floor in the back. Center console wasn't cleaned, full of dirt still. Interior trim still has gunk and crud in the nooks and crannies. Brand new stain on the back of center row seat, that wasn't there when I dropped the car off. White specks of what looks like paint on the front passenger seat, not there when I dropped the car off. Floor mats were poorly cleaned, some still have pebbles stuck to them. Overall, very dissatisfied with their work.
