I sent a letter UPS next day to the CEO about the situation that happened on June 9 and never heard back from him. Calling their corporate office is a waste of time they wont let you past the receptionist and tell you to call the location manager where it happened. I did but he did nothing to get my claim taken care of. I finally had to turn it over to my insurance company in mid July and they are going after them to reclaim the cost of the damage and my deductable. I highly recommend that you be aware of my situation before you take a chance on using any of their locations. The brushes may be out of alignment at any time causing sever damage to any trim.

A young lady was outside at the kiosk to make sure I was all set, which I was. I noticed the bristles and machines they use here are more delicate on my vehicle which I appreciate. A lot of other places the bristles are too hard and damage your car. The bristles were great and I'm very happy for it. I also got a deal on the membership which made me even happier. Overall I am so happy with this location, the look of it, how big it is and how much safer this one looks. Very great job. I might come back one day for a full interior, exterior work up.

It's usually the same person, a middle-aged Hispanic gentleman as another reviewer mentioned, and during this past winter, he reattached at no charge the plastic part of my undercarriage at the front of my car because half of it was hanging off after I drove through a street that wasn't plowed very well. He doesn't reset the "maintenance required" service light, but that's easy enough to do on my own. The prices have gone up in recent years as everything else has, but it's still comparable to other shops. I usually add on the car wash too, because it's only a few bucks more.
