Thank you for yet another fabulous escape from the Texas heat. We have began trying different snow cones from our area. Share the verdict with you guys. As you pull up, you see an adorable tropical oasis. You have the option of ordering outdoors or you can go inside where there's air-conditioning and order inside as well. We were there for snowcone treats only however they do offer many other including bluebell, ice cream, Frito pie nachos, etc.. My daughter tried the strawberry and cherry mixture, and I had the clear coconut . I am pleased to report. These were very nice sized. We both bought the small and it was touring over with frosty delight. There is plenty of seating indoors and plenty of seating outdoors. Thank you for the reprieve from the wretched Texas heat you guys are awesome. read more

May 14,2026 @3:40-4:20It was my first time here, and I came because I'm pregnant and craving shaved ice. When I arrived, a worker acknowledged me and said, "Someone will be right with you," so I didn't think I needed to ring the bell since my presence was already known and I already knew what I wanted to order. I ended up waiting at the window for about 25 minutes before anyone finally asked for my order. At that point I wanted to leave, but I had already invested so much time waiting. When I was finally helped, I politely asked how long the wait time would be after placing my order. The employee responded with "I don't know" in a way that came across very rude and full of attitude. I calmly explained that I wasn't attacking her -- I was simply asking because I had already been waiting a long time, and I had frozen groceries in my car. Unfortunately, the attitude continued. She then told me she didn't know I had been waiting because I didn't ring the bell. I explained that I had already exchanged pleasantries with another employee, so ringing the bell afterward felt unnecessary and honestly a little rude. Like girl... nobody was coming for you. I asked a simple question and got attitude for no reason. If you work customer service, acting irritated because a customer is asking about a wait time after standing there for 25 minutes is crazy. Being busy is one thing, but being rude and trying to match energy nobody even gave you is another. Can't even enjoy my d**n snowball because I'm busy writing a review about one of yall stank employees. read more

The place looks dirty and neglected from the start. They don't let customers open the door; instead, you have to ring a bell -- and they tell you not to ring it unless you're ready to order. That means if you have any questions, they won't even talk to you. The two women working there were extremely unwelcoming -- especially the darker-skinned one, who had an expression of disgust, arrogance, and annoyance the entire time. Her attitude alone was enough to make us decide not to buy anything. This kind of behavior is exactly what drives customers away and makes businesses fail. Until they learn basic customer service and respect, this place isn't worth your time or money. read more

The food is always really good, when they have what you want. The service isn't terrible, but they don't go out of their way to be nice.

The customer service was awful! The snowcones were okay but, the middle of the snowcone was just ice and no flavor. Do not recommend!

Very nice location, not too busy. We ordered 3 shaved ice, and got them in less than 6 mins. Good snacks, but these are not shaved ice, these are more of an ice chips or slurpee. Other wise, a good place for desserts, I just wish the ice was a little finer. read more

Yummy in our tummy. I'm from the west coast, so we don't have the best snowballs. Now being in Texas I visit this establishment literally every other day getting a snowball with cream. The employees are nice even though they look like they're all 10 yrs old. Anyway enjoy your day read more

I drove an hr to get an oil change and decided to stop for a snowcone here. I didn't know their inside wasn't open so I pulled the door and a lady comes to the door with an attitude telling me to ring the bell. I asked her was she having a good day because she was very nice nasty. . So once I decided what I want another lady comes to the door agitated so I ask her the same thing is she having a good day because not once did anyone have any customer service and everyone was trying to rush and sit down inside. I definitely will NOT be back. The playground is old and seating was very minimal. read more

First time in town and really wanted to try a local ice cream shop! I got the tropical smoothie and it's delicious ! Although, I was not impressed by the customer service. I asked if I could replace the pineapples with bananas and she informed me that I couldn't do that so I asked if she could leave the pineapples out and she said nothing and took my payment. When they brought the smoothie the other girl said "next time you come we can't do what we did to this smoothie again" so I guess they just added bananas? I am unsure, just was overall rude read more

Best snow cones in Waco!! Their elote is perfection and has so much flavor. Can be a line in the summer, but well worth the wait. Nice drive thru but they also have a walk up window and porch to sit at. Playground for kids too. read more

Customer Service is lacking. We were excited to come since it's been awhile. However we waited over 10minutes at the speaker with no answer. We didn't mind waiting, but no one even asked us to hold on. So we thought it was broken and was told after waiting 15 minutes now at this point we couldn't order at window. The woman at the window told us they were busy making other orders. Again, this is understandable however there was no communication. We even spoke at the speaker and got zero response. Yet you want us to go back around and wait more? Please at least put a sign on your menu to wait until someone speaks or acknowledge someone waiting. It was extremely disappointing read more

Great place YEAR ROUND to get something sweet and not break the budget. Recommend this spot, worth it.

Is this place even open? Drove here to have a sign that say press for service. Pressed it and no one showed up. Don't claim to be open if you don't want business otherwise you're wasting people's time. read more

BEST snow cone place around hands down. Forget that big chain nasty oily tasting flavors. All the flavors offered at Mr. Snow are delicious. Must try horchata it's the best and the Natural Drink Cantaloupe. Mmm favorites read more

The shaved ice here, definitely reminds me of the shave ice at home! Smooth and extra fine with delicious flavors for the ice. My daughter wasn't feeling well so we decided that a ice cold treat would make her feel a tab bit better. Which it did, we got a medium sized shaved ice with mango and passion fruit flavors. Both tasted really close to the fruit. Although, I was a little surprised by the pink coloring of the passion fruit, which is normally a light yellow. Also got a Mangonada. Which was kind of like a mango all fruit smoothie with strawberry syrup. The syrup was a little much for me but the smoothie itself was great. One thing I didn't notice were the hours posted anywhere. I could have been blind though! Will definitely be back, a little piece of home for me. read more

My husband & I just happened to drive by this place on the way to base last weekend! It's a little hole in the wall, nothing fancy but boy their stuff is DELICIOUS! So many flavors to choose from. They're also reasonably priced :) We'll definitely be back on these hot summer days! read more

I've never been disappointed with a shaved ice before. I thought I'd try it, since I always go to Bahama Bucks, and I never gave this spot a try. But I will never go back here. We tried to go through the drive thru and sat there for 5 minutes cause they didn't open the window, so we went inside. My husband and I ordered a medium shaved ice. They only filled out cup up half way. For the price, we expected them to fill it more. Not to mention, they got our order wrong with barely any customers. Their chamoy tasted watered down, and they overflowed the ice with syrup so it was watery and too sweet. I didn't even finish it. I wouldn't recommend this place. Go to Bahama Bucks instead; they give you a punch card. read more

Always love whatever I order from here. Worth the wait and will be satisfied. Good attitude from the employees even when they are under a lot of pressure trying to make everything so fast. Would totally recommend! read more

Mr. Snow has delicious snow cones with soft ice. My family loves them I have been coming to them for over 12 years. However today I was a little turned off when I had to repeat my order over 6 times for her to get it right. Then when I get to the window I'm met with attitude. I didn't ask for a manager and I did just take it cause It was me, my Mom and three kids. It's like really? They just might need need help. I normally would give them a 4 only cause it takes a while to fix the drinks but it was definitely a two kind of day. read more

I came here because it was the only location nearby that had anything chamoy and I got the chamoyada and it was disgusting. & they barely put any of the "syrup" on it. It was only on the top. There's no flavor in the middle or bottom. Very disappointed read more

Usually come.here for snow cones since the only other place is Bahama Bucks and they're lacking. Placed an order pulled up and there was a kid maybe 10 in the window to take my order. Pay, get my snow cones and left. Stopped at.the store, went to pay, realized I didnt have my card. The kid never gave it back. Yes I should've noticed but next time he came back to the window was with my order. Called and they said they had it. Had to drive 20 min back over to get it, lobby is closed so had to wait in a long line just to get my card. Thought maybe Id get a free snow cone or gift card for all the trouble and hassle of having to come all the way back here but nothing. Not even a damn apology smh read more

This place is the best and only place to get shaved ice minus their other location. Inexpensive and they do not skimp on the ice or syrup. My wife is addicted to shave ice and this Mr. Snow defiantly is the spot to go in her book. they have ice ream and other snacks you can get, huge menu and flavors to choose from. W got a medium sundae here before and it was huge, was more than enough! They put a generous amount of topping and it was under $4! They have a drive thru as well. read more

This place is my addiction, along with the rest of my family. LOL. Fuzzy Monkey is the best. I got everyone loving it.

Been here three times now and always fully satisfied. Wish they would fill the cups up more but still worth it in my opinion. Cherry and watermelon are my favorite shaved ice flavors. read more

This place is so good and is right down the street from where I live! The price is good and they don't skimp on anything! Their menu is huge and has a variety of stuff to try. Well...it's hot as hell out, and I stumbled upon this gold mine. I was feenin' for a snow cone, but settled for a delicious shaved ice. Perfect way to beat the heat. It's kinda off the beaten path, but that's the way I like it...ah huh...ah huh.. read more

I tried looking for this place on Yelp by the current name and couldn't find it. It is now called Snow Bear? My girls and I tried it for the first time today. Pleasantly surprised! Don't let the location fool you....it is worth a stop. They had a huge menu, and although I didn't have a chance to look it over in detail, they offer a lot of things. From banana splits, to snow cones, to smoothies, and more. Seating outside was kind of cool. Benches to sit on, and bench style tables. Not much room once they get a crowd though. Don't know what their hours are, but they do have a drive thru window as well. The workers were friendly, and we were able to sample flavors before buying. The parking situation is horrible. Not sure what happens when they get super busy. Lol. We all were happy with our snow cones, and will definitely be back to try other items on the menu! read more
