David came out on a Thursday back in '23 for a follow-up and took the time to inspect everything thoroughly and confirm that the new system- from the pipes to the additional components installed earlier that summer were operating properly. I had another guy working at the house last year, and he said it was definitely not normal, and recommended we call Ricky. I put in a call and Ricky called me right back. He had a guy out the next morning, who did a deep look into our system and explained everything that was going on with the system. They made a recommendation to replace the well tank. We had actually scheduled a few days out to replace the tank, but something came up and we were not going to be around. So they offered to come in the day before in the evening and get it done. They were quick and thorough, with quality work. Cleaned up when they were done, and even changed my whole house filter I'd been neglecting... Prices were reasonable too. It's not something you want to have to spend money on, but you want it done right. Bottom line: Nobody likes dealing with well issues, but if you have to, Reliable makes it easy, and they do an excellent job. I would call them again.
