Brazos Valley Sewer Drain Service is expert in cleaning clogged sewer pipes, but their certified…read moreplumbers can effect all plumbing repairs quite effectively. Problem: Sewer backed up and flooded bathroom, hallway, and study with black water. Brazos Valley Sewer and Drain arrived when promised on bone-chillingly cold, wet day. They even were courteous enough to alert me at work 30 minutes ahead of arrival time so I did not need to waste time waiting at home. The plumber and helper from Brazos Valley Sewer Drain service were quite courteous, unlike the plumbers from a different service company, who not only were inexplicably rude, but who dinged the bathtub enamel by repeatedly dropping heavy tools. Earlier, I had described the problem to the service receptionist, who relayed it to the plumbers. They efficiently found the sewer line, no easy feat, dug down about two feet, sent the rooter down in two directions, removed the roots, then checked in both directions with drain water from the washer and bathroom to ensure the pipe was clear. They repaired the broken pipe, and offered to install a clean-out on another visit. (My house was built prior to the code requiring a sewer line clean-out.) Note: About 10 years ago, this same service repaired a leaking natural gas pipe at my house. No problems since.

He came within hours of our call, found the missing Clean Out (yay!), ran a 120 ft snake down the pipe, saved the day -- all for $126 (half the price of the smallest DYI motorized snake). Thankful.

It is an 2012. I asked to find out why it wouldn't start only, instead Jorge started checking how full my Freon was etc. I asked to stop so we had a three way boss call. I believe the secretary did not relay my concern. Jorge did a good job. He believed it's my compressor but would cost $260 est to see so that would put me at est $1000 almost half of a new one. I told him I'm replacing. He said the sales people would call. Next day no call. I called left a message. so 2 days now they decide they won't give me service. This is the way they treat retired people in the community. They will not get a recommendation from and I will pass that on. I'm still without my main air. I have used these folks a couple of times for my rental property in Bryan. They have been quick,…read moreefficient, and reasonably priced. For the life of me I can not remember their names, Trent and Mike? The first was a broken garage door opener. It was an older model and he quoted me both a price to repair and time to order parts or a price to replace. I chose to replace and rather just select from a few options they let me pick any unit from Lowe's or Home Depot. They bought and installed it with only the installation fee. The second time my dishwasher. Same thing, it needed a new circuit panel which was almost the price of a new washer. So I selected the one I wanted and they installed. I could also have just let them pick one out for me. They have always answered my calls directly or called me back promptly. They have an extra fee for the weekends, so I have had my work done weekdays and they can usually get to it in a day or so. (unless it is Aug as A & M student body is all moving into town!) I recommend them and will be using them again.
