Worst food EVER! I swing in every now & then to get burger bundles to share with son. Never had an issue. Tonight I said let's get perch as the perch in North Muskegon Mr Quick was excellent. Obviously two different management styles! I knew that was a possibility but risked it anyway! My son actually joked if we gave it to a homeless & hungry person they'd surly beat us up! I worked and managed Mr quick for years.Always had delicious food I moved out of Muskegon and when i come back i want Mr quick. Since the new owners bought it they have ruined it the hamburgers taste like crap and today i was in town and ready to have a omelette from there and the took omelette's off the menu so i ordered a biscuit,bacon and cheese freezing cold sandwich bacon wasn't done and who gives tater tots for breakfast where are the hash browns. The burgers are TERRBILE. I wouldn't recommend nobody go here to get the grease in the bag , I got down the road a mile away, pulled the burger out the bag. It was nothing but grease dripping from the rapper. This is easily the worst fast food I have ever experienced in my life. Literally the cheapest ingredients money can buy with no sense of quality whatsoever. Both times I've gone I got cold, stale fries and the burgers are not well made. It's frustrating when you buy the food and it's so bad you don't even eat it and just lost your money Also food service sucked. The guy seemed mad at me and when I said thank you all he did was give me a glare. Even a McDonald's beats this. If I could give less then one star I would. Going downhill FAST! I've been going to this location for 20+ years, my last 3 visits will be my last. First visit they combo'd a meal up, but charged me for a drink twice. I'm offered a drink 'on the house' (that I paid for?) to correct the issue. I go in to collect my free drink, order some more food for my family, and they charge me for another item they didn't give me. I'm offered a breakfast combo meal for the repeated issues. I go in today to collect, and after I order and I'm sitting in line, a young lady comes out to tell me that she just spoke to the GM and I only get a free drink. I assume this is just a mistake, they're referring to the free drink from last time, but the young lady refuses to hear any explanation from me. I tell her that's not the case, she shrugs, and gives me an 'oh well, I'm sorry.' I ask why I would be given a free drink for a missing hash brown. She shrugs and says, 'I dunno, oh well, I'm sorry.' Every time I try to give an explanation, she just cuts me off, shrugs, and in less words tells me I won't get anything but a drink and that's just how it is. I get home and contact Mr. Quicks, and come to find out it was a simple mistake, the employees are just trained to not give people free items, but apparently that includes lying to customers about their contact with GM about the issue, and just downright refusing to listen to the customer's side of the story. She could have simply took my side of the story, contacted the GM with it, and it would have been solved. Instead I was treated like I was someone just trying to scam them under an assumption, lied to, and had my time and gas wasted. read more

Never been to Mr. Quick until today. My wife and I decided to try them today for lunch at 1:20. Nice layout for fastfood. My wife had to use a wet napkin to wipe down a table. All were dirty. Had to wait for a while, which is a good sign for fresh hot fries and hamburgers. My wife ordered the #2 meal, bacon double cheeseburger. I ordered the #4 Mushroom, swiss cheeseburger. The hamburger patties must have been cooked up well ahead of time. Patties weren't hot enough to even soften the cheese. The mushrooms were cold remind me of cold can mushrooms. The fries were tough and barely warm. Bad experience. Probably our first and last visit. read more

My family has enjoyed Mr. Quicks perch basket 4 times in a week. Living out of town, lake perch is hard to come by, so we wait for March at Quicks. The food is excellent but the employees are outstanding. Friendly, helpful and such hard workers. Such a pleasure, thank you! read more

i brought my family in and when my son sat down he landed in what appeared to be water that was either spilled or on a cloth that they used to clean tables? We got over that and ordered our meal. This was nothing special. Very limited menu and the employees were not friendly at all. They seem to be a cross between white castle and a diner? Not much selection and if you want real comfort food this is not the place. Granted the prices are cheap (as is the quality of the food) but you get what you pay for. We would rather pay extra for GOOD food and pleasant service. We will not go there again and will tell others to go down the street. Problem is there werent much choice there. I wish we had waited another couple miles :( I could see this being mr Quickly out of business if service and quality doesn't improve but then again... mcdonalds is still operating and their quality is gone downhill immensely over the years.
