I am one of the many stylists that have been working here and caring for your pets for a long time…read more As many of you may already know my fellow pet stylists and I all walked out on Wednesday because the owner, Michelle, has not paid any of us in weeks and is still refusing to pay us. She has been stealing your tips meant to go to your groomer and shorting our checks for a long time and as of recently stopped paying us all together. Unfortunately, while all of us love our jobs and taking care of your pets we cannot afford to work for free. I don't know how much longer Michelle will try to keep this business going without any of us but Michelle and the only groomer she has left are NOT patient with your pets and they do not upkeep the cleanliness of the building. I would want to know what was happening if it were my pet so I decided to write a review. Michelle if you see this review I would like to add that it is very unprofessional and childish to block all of us and stop responding instead of giving us answers on why you can not pay us.

I decided to start bringing my pup here after several years of dissatisfaction at a local vet chain…read morethat shall remain nameless. ;) I was referred to Lewis by several friends who had nothing but the best experiences, and after my first visit - I can see why they love it so much! Toni, the front desk clerk, is a hoot and so entertaining to talk to. We saw Dr. Larry Keller who I could already tell cared more about my Yorkie than the last 8 years with the vet-who-shall-remain-nameless. He was honest and wonderful at explaining things in layman's terms. When I asked if my pup could get his heartworm medicine as an injection (like he's previously received in the past), he explained they only administer the chewables because the injectable was recalled and he doesn't trust it. While that was eye-opening for me since my previous vet never mentioned a recall, I appreciated Dr. Keller's honesty (and quite frankly, I'll never ask for the injectable again!) Lewis is your small neighborhood vet and is extremely affordable. My only regret is not bringing my pup here sooner!

Always happy with my visits here. Never have to wait long for an appointment and they never keep us…read morewaiting long once we are there. My dog needed an antibiotic and when I came to pick it up it was in liquid form and really expensive. Without me having to ask, the girl at the front desk asked the vet if they could switch it to tablets which was way cheaper and way easier for my dog to take. I was so impressed and happy with how it was handled and happy that I didn't have to pay extra. I believe her name is Raven, she was working the front desk and helped with switching the meds. I told her I was heading to an appointment and would have to come back to pick up the meds. She sent me a text to let me know that the meds were able to be switched to tablets and that they were ready to be picked up.
