This "company" is run by John Hipp Jr., himself. Probably just him and nobody else. He does a…read moregood job cleaning, but you have to put up with his attitude and rudeness. He was recommended by a friend for his quality of work, but I can see not for his professionalism. Let's get to why he gets 1 star even though he cleans well. First, he's an older, stubborn man. We wanted him to use our glass cleaner because it doesn't leave streaks. He refused. He insisted on using his old brand which left streaks that he claimed to use for 10 years. Basically, we had to redo the windows. Second, he requires you to pick up everything off the floor or he won't work it. We left things on the floor once and he muttered a rude comment. Third, he insists we leave the house. We cannot do that. Leaving him alone in our house is not an option. In his words, "you need to just get out my way. " Just another rude comment he normally comes across with. Lastly, he also does not let you come back to him if you stop his services. Much like a threat. So we decided to stop services because he has become too inconvenient. He texted back to "not waste his time" and to never contact him again. The one thing that bothered us most was that he also gossiped about our friend who recommended him. He did not have nice things to say. He also complained about his other long term clients. He would also pride himself with the ability to stop services with any client he wanted. Basically another threat. He has a website, but don't believe the testimonials. He is actually rude and not courteous. He has the mentality that he doesn't need your business because he has other clients. If you notice his testimonial dates, they are over a year ago. I added his business to yelp so others can be aware of this guy's business practice. I would not recommend him.

We also had just gotten a second puppy and the dog hair was getting unmanageable. John has always been friendly, flexible and always promptly responds. We get our house cleaned every few months, especially if family is coming into town. He has been great at fitting us in last minute even though we aren't on a regular cleaning schedule. He does a great job cleaning - far better than I could do myself. His prices are VERY reasonable - and always has some form of referral incentive. I work from home and have two dogs at home with me, and John has always been flexible with me working in one bedroom with the two dogs while he cleans the rest of the house. Then he cleans the bedroom last - it's been so helpful! If I had one "warning" it would be that John is definitely a talker - meaning that he likes to catch up while I'm home. I don't mind because I like the conversation :)
