Been going here 20 years. Bob lets you know what he finds and gives you options if there are any. My most trusted mechanic.

I walked in, 45 minutes later I drove away with a quiet exhaust. Very reasonably priced and fast.

I typically don't take the time to write a review, but in this case I need to…read more Twice now I have been given free advice from Bill, the owner, that not only was right on, but saved me money. The first was a few years back when he was temporarily working from the Shell station while his shop was being rebuilt. My truck had suddenly lost oil pressure on my drive home. I drove it straight to him, he checked it out, hooked up a mechanical pressure gauge, told me the bottom half of the motor was getting enough oil, and the tick that had almost instantly developed were the lifters that were a little starved for oil (at least that's how I remember it) Anyhow, he told me with the 150,000 miles I had on the truck, he'd recommend changing the oil and adding a quart of oil stabilizer at every change, said I could spend a bunch of money now pulling the front half of the motor off to replace the oil pump, or I might be lucky and get another 100,000 miles out of it. Well, I still have the old truck, and even though it hasn't been my daily driver for 2 years, it still ticks, but runs like a champ, and I've put over 110,000 miles on it since that day. To top it off, he didn't even charge me to look at it. That day he earn my business. Thankfully I have only had a couple of reasons to visit them since then. Each time I felt like I was being treated fairly, never felt like they tried to up-sell services. Only fixed what needed to be fixed. This morning I called Bill because my '68 Coronet was bogging down at highway speeds. I did some internet investigating on the possible cause, even asked on a Mopar forum what the cause might be. Received several suggestions from the forum, most of which were beyond my mechanical abilities. But when I described the problem to Bill, he instantly said, "change your fuel filter". I thought it couldn't be that simple and told him if it didn't work, I'd make an appointment to bring it in. He replied, "nah, it's your fuel filter, change it, you'll be all set" I did. He was right. $5.19 later the car is blasting down the highway, running strong. The point of that story is not that he is the only guy that could figure out the problem, I'm sure a bunch of guys would have known that right away. The point is he could have had me bring it in, charge me whatever diagnosis fee he wanted, told me whatever horror story he wanted, charged me a fortune to fix some bogus problem.... but he didn't. He was honest, solved my problem, reaffirmed my trust in his shop, and somehow inspired me to type out this rambling review that none of you probably got to the end of. I hope you did.

Myers quoted us a far more affordable price and with better warranty. Once the new transmission was received at the shop, it was only 2 days before we were driving again! Very professional and friendly staff! So glad they are nearby for all of our automotive repair needs.

They were able to take a look at the car on Tuesday morning and allowed us to take some time deciding next steps. They were polite in all of their communications and we were really grateful for their flexibility. We paid $300 for the diagnostic fee, but they had to do quite a bit of work to get to the problem. Ultimately we scraped the car, but they allowed us to keep the car on their lot until we could come back down on Friday. Overall very grateful for their help!

They called me and said that the leak was from the rack and pinion and the cost would be $1400.00 I picked up my vehicle on a Thursday afternoon and by the time I drove to work 16 miles from my home I had no power steering again! Drop off car again! I spoke to Nate and said to him that they have me driving an unsafe vehicle. Not only was the power steering out, the fluid was all leaking out on to the manifold and was smoking like crazy. That could have led to a fire. I was laughed at . After my third time in with the same issue and a 1400 unnecessary repair. I asked again about the valve and guess what . It was the valve all along. Nothing I said when I took it in was written down or even listened to. I got half my money back but have lost all trust in them!! Rude employees, mechanic's that don't actually look at the original complaint or listen to what the customer has to say about their own vehicles.
