Offers/promotions -If they think they are going to lose you to another shop they will quite often offer you say an extra 10/15/20 off your first phone bill or extra minutes to make it more worth your time. Phones-they have a really nice selection of phones and if you say what you are interested in they will show you how to work it and let you try to see if the phone is the right one for you.

When I arrived they were very helpful in telling me how to go about it. When I returned, with the items, the company whom I ordered from gave me the wrong information about how to return my item. They sent one label when I needed two. So I didn't have to call Apple again, would've been the third time, they helped me find a new box. This box fit all the items and they packaged it up for me and got it shipped so I didn't have to make another visit to the store, in the rain. All three times I've been in, everyone was friendly, happy to help, and very efficient and timely. Highly recommend this place, they care about their customers which isn't always the case other places!

I really need to stop dropping my phone. Luckily this place is just along the road…read more On the Finnieston strip, there are at least 4 places where you could get your phone fixed. I normally go into a couple and see what prices they're charging me and what the chat is like. These guys have been good for me so far. Last time I dropped my iphone, the screen smashed into at least twelvity billion pieces. They replaced it and put a proper glass screen protector on. This time when I dropped it, the glass screen protector worked - the screen didn't smash, but the whole screen detached at one corner, meaning that the slidey slidey didn't work, so I needed a new screen anyway. Took it in, job done. They're quick - they had that done in an hour. Plus they're helpful. I mentioned that it was super annoying that I dropped it as I'm due an upgrade next week, and they gave me a bit of chat about which iPhone to upgrade to, or shock horror, even to consider a Samsung! So I now feel armed with information for making a choice about upgrades. One thing I would say is watch out for the prices. I honestly think they just make them up. They will come and go with you though so it's worth asking, and also worth comparing with other shops in the strip too if you want to be thorough about it. When I have my new shiny phone soon, I'll be back to this place to get a glass screen protector put on, and also to GET A PROPER CASE THIS TIME! Apparently rubber is the way to go.

Quite small, with a great selection of phones and consistantly good offers, this is where I choose to come and buy my mobiles every time (and I go through quite a few, I am prone to phone dropping!) The staff even stand out on the streets on sunny days and try and get you to go in, like some weird Spanish restaurant owner on holiday. Quite unusual for a run of the mill phone shop, but I suppose the staff in here just love thier jobs!

I phoned to get my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra screen replaced…read more Alistair gave me an estimate for arrival of parts and fitting, however managed to get the new screen delivered and fitted three days early. iHome have a professional home setup. Alistair only charged £25 to replace the screen plus parts cost. Outstanding value for money, highly recommended, will definitely revisit if any other phone needs attention.
