I'm so glad that I was able to schedule a 15-minute resume review with Your Next Jump and plan to…read moreshare with others. I was a little weary at first of how 15 minutes could help--don't I need more time?!--but it was perfect. Tim was so kind, but also very direct and wasted no time getting down to business. He obviously spent time getting to know my position and who I was ahead of time and had actionable items and feedback. I have utilized other resume workshops before, but honestly never felt like my time was utilized well or gave me specific feedback to improve. Definitely an opposite experience with Tim. I now know a few tweaks to add in to improve my resume despite having a job that didn't fit in to the examples he provided, but nonetheless very helpful. I would suggest their services to anyone wanting to get an edge up on other applicants.

I attended the career building webinar on Zoom hosted for  Yelp Elite members. It's one thing to…read morewriteup a resume yourself and think its absolutely amazing, but to have his set of eyes and truly maximize my potential and bring it to life was a whole other thing. Tim was amazingly brilliant, dynamic in our call. He connected in a very real and warm way. He quickly got down to what the issues are that are holding back; asked pointed, honest and direct questions to help you uncover the reason. He helped me get very clear about next-steps in my current resume and then take steps in transforming my resume to a good one. Investing in taking time to talk to Tim was worth it. I highly HIGHLY recommend you go do it for YOURself!

Stay away from their laser hair removal program, both as client and students. The students at the…read moreDallas location were not notified that the program was shutting down, nor were the clients. They insisted on package deals for the clients, which were very expensive. In addition, they did not have a credit card machine, so you had to pay in cash or check. Lastly, the instructors did not supervise the documentation of the students, so when I got my refund check for services not rendered, it turned out that the students were just checking off any area treated on the paper, instead of the actual area. This resulted in appearing that they were working on other areas of the body, that were not. It resulted in a refund that was not correct. Stay away from them. If you want a reputable, inexpensive laser hair removal clinic, go to National Laser institute, in Dallas.

I had been going through this temp agency for three years. Every time they assigned me a new…read moreposition, they would convince anyone to work extremely hard with no promise of hiring on. They shuffled me in and out of places for three years and then that was it. After I was used up at the last position, they never contacted me again. I called several times over many months trying to get anyone to let me know what was going on. These people DO NOT CARE ABOUT GETTING YOU A JOB. They just pimp you out at their stupidly high rates and make you believe your work ethic will be appreciated. I have been at my current job for almost a year, thanks to Burnett Staffing. They are the nicest people I've ever met and they want to place you in a full time position as quickly as possible. If anyone mentions Express Employment, I tell them to RUN, not walk away if you don't want your time wasted. This place is a disgrace. If I could give it negative stars, I would.
