Tim was amazingly brilliant, dynamic in our call. He connected in a very real and warm way. He quickly got down to what the issues are that are holding back; asked pointed, honest and direct questions to help you uncover the reason. He helped me get very clear about next-steps in my current resume and then take steps in transforming my resume to a good one. Investing in taking time to talk to Tim was worth it. I highly HIGHLY recommend you go do it for YOURself!

This place is the real deal…read more I had the pleasure of scheduling a 1:1 resume review with YourNextJump's Tim Lo and had no idea what to expect from a call session, which is typically extra fluff just to fill up the airtime. I had sent in my linkedin profile as well as resume prior to the meeting so Tim had the time to review my profile. Right off the bat, Tim went straight into commenting on my resume, pointing out a few things that stood out to him. After inquiring about the type of jobs I was looking for, he then proceeded to make a few suggestions on how I can better present my resume while emailing me several resume samples and templates as guidance. I walked out of our first meeting feeling more supported than ever. I can see how job searching and resume updating can be a lonely, hard and long journey so it's great to have a service like Your next jump that can help you feel better on that road. Kind of like Job search therapy with tactical solutions. I highly recommend Tim's services to all jobseekers out there. He is empathetic, intelligent and to had a great sense of understanding of what I was hoping to get out of this and as a result, he more than delivered!

Tatsiana Bender was referred to us by my wife's former boss who is also a CPA. I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Bender. She was extremely helpful and understood our needs. The program she uses is extremely simple to use. Just upload all tax forms and they are stored in an online folder. Chat makes it easy to ask questions/supply answers. Any tasks needed to be done by taxpayer are listed and checked off as completed. Having to complete three returns was simple with the program. Returns were completed faster than I anticipated and ready to be signed. Anything that needed to be completed for filing was clearly explained. Finally a planning phone call is done to explain opportunities for tax savings next year. I am extremely happy using Bender CPA and would recommend her for any complex tax work or business function.
