My experience with Sanchez Lawn & Landscape LLC left much to be desired. When I initially discussed…read moremy lawn care needs with Mr. Jorge Sanchez, I emphasized the importance of quality and expressed my hesitation about committing to recurring services without seeing the results firsthand. Despite assurances that my lawn would be serviced before my departure on Sunday, April 28th, I was sorely disappointed. No service was provided the Saturday agreed upon, and I received no communication about rescheduling until late Monday night, after I had already left town. We agreed to reschedule his service for Tuesday the next day. Upon my return back to town, I found the quality of the service lacking, and my expectations were clearly not met. Despite the discussion we had regarding expectations, no invoice was provided after the mowing on Tuesday. To my surprise, without my consent, Mr. Sanchez scheduled and performed an additional mowing, only four days after the initial one. It was only after this second mowing that I finally received an invoice, yet still without any attempt at communication from Mr. Sanchez. Despite my disappointment and the lack of satisfactory service, work had been done. Against my better judgement, I decided to also pay for the work not asked for, expecting at least an acknowledgment of the issues I raised. However, instead of addressing my concerns, after receiving my payment Mr. Sanchez chose to criticize both me and my lawn, labeling it as "mostly weeds and crabgrass" and "horrible." I received this response, after having fully paying Mr. Sanchez for work not asked for. It is this lack of professionalism and accountability that is deeply concerning. Despite Mr. Sanchez's initial pleasant demeanor, the reality of his poor service and disregard for customer courtesy, and satisfaction speaks volumes. His failure to communicate, fulfill expectations, and handle criticism professionally reflects poorly on Sanchez Lawn & Landscape LLC. In retrospect, I cannot in good conscience recommend Sanchez Lawn & Landscape LLC to anyone. It's evident that Mr. Sanchez prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction and lacks the professionalism required to run a reputable business. A follow-up message from Mr. Sanchez further exemplifies his unprofessionalism and lack of accountability. Instead of addressing the issues raised, he chooses to blame the customer and disparage their property. This behavior is unacceptable and only reinforces my decision to steer clear of his services in the future. You can certainly judge for yourself if my property was as described by Mr. Sanchez. I have provided photos. In conclusion, potential customers should exercise caution and consider alternative options for their lawn care needs. It's clear that Sanchez Lawn & Landscape LLC falls short of delivering the quality and professionalism one would expect from a reputable service provider. Buyer beware. I have also provide photos of the work, and the condition of my property. Decide for yourself if it is as described by Mr. Sanchez. Photos: https://shorturl.at/wxAW4 Zero Stars.

Juan was the lead installer for the last two years and he does great work and really knows planting and he has provided my family with good advice each time he and his crew arrive to install, I really like working with Rich and Juan! They installed 4 beautiful October Glory Maples last year and 5 varieties of trees this year along with some double knock out roses and shrubs. I look forward to the annual tree sale every year. If you are looking for suggestions on what type of tree is right for you, give Rich a call. I had lost a couple of older white pines that died b/c they were in a really wet area and Rich recommended 5 to 10 varieties off the top of his head that would flourish in wet soil. We had another area where some heavy duty ground clear was applied and Juan took extra care planting in what I called "contaminated soil", by adding some good top soil and compost to help. I'll post some photos in the spring when these trees all have leaves on them again/ and or some might be flowering! I can't say enough good things about Green Acres Landscape & Design, if you have any landscaping upgrades or new installations, give them a try!

I was actually suspicious of the pricing at first, but it seems like they use tech (in this case a bucket lift truck instead of climbers for the altitude work) where it makes sense. We hired them to remove a couple small dead trees, do a 25' high limb removal, and trim the top deadwood off of another tree. Tree of Life crew rolled up with a team and bunch of equipment, worked quickly as specified with Luis on the quote. They got the planned work done and did not mess around... What really distinguished them to me was the care of the property. They brought blowers and cleaned up after the cutting areas. They brought a chipper for the branches and truck to do any other hauling. For a high cut, they brought in a bucket truck, and laid down rubber track mats to ensure the yard wasn't damaged by the tires. They watched out for the various cables and things attached to our house to avoid damage from limbs. This showed good attention to how they did their work and care for the customer. Would recommend and will schedule again!

The following week came and went with no crew and no communication. By Sunday I was fed up and reached back out for a final attempt to get them to come back out. Once again, no response.
