As usual, you start with bread and a salad with their house vinaigrette dressing. Both were excellent. I had chicken cacciatore for lunch, and I ordered a chicken Murphy to take home for supper. The chicken cacciatore was great, but the chicken Murphy was absolutely fantastic! I love mom and pop restaurants and their fantastic food! When in Weatherford, Texas, skip the chains and head for Joe's!

They have an…read moreimpressive beer selection with plenty of local Texas craft beers, and the food was just as enjoyable. We ordered two flatbread pizzas. I usually think flatbreads are a step down from traditional pizza, but these changed my mind. They were fresh, made with high-quality ingredients, and full of flavor. We also had the Reuben, which was excellent. We didn't get a chance to try the food trucks this visit, but they're definitely on the list for next time. What really stood out was the outstanding service. It's rare for me to walk into a place and see so many beers I haven't tried before. The bartender was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about craft beer. He offered several recommendations and even poured a few samples to help me decide. It's always refreshing to meet someone who genuinely enjoys talking about great beer and knows the selection inside and out. Overall, this is an awesome spot with a laid-back atmosphere, great food, excellent beer, and top-notch service. We'll definitely be back.

The cheesy breadsticks were too! They were filled with cheese, and delightful! The pizza however, I found to be lackluster. For my personal taste, it was too much bread, and could stand to be thinner. There was not much flavor to the sauce, and they pizza relied upon an "herb" crust, where the herbs were burnt. They smell kinda permeated the restaurant. The toppings (cheeseburger pizza) while very cheesy, were very bland and underseasoned. This is a HUGE supporter of the community, and we applaud that effort! 3 STARS, Yummy Apps and #shoplocal

Service was very good and the place has a nice feel to it. No big chain atmosphere. It's cozy and it's a place you can actually chat with other at the table because it's not noisy. I had my go-to chicken parmigiana, which I kind of use to gauge a place on my first visit. It was very good, with the only think holding the dish back was the accompanying spaghetti wasn't really drained well and it became a little watery on the plate. This happens in so many restaurants... Seriously, drop the pasta into a hot pan pan with a little sauce, toss to coat and no more watery pasta. That's what the Italians do, and it works. Yes, it's a pet peeve, but only because it is so easily overcome. Anyway...back to the review. As I said, overall Pastafina is a solid spot. If you like NY style Italian food, Pastafina will probably suit you well. We will definitely be visiting again.

Turned around in Drove back, he went in and came back out with a bag. We took it home, it was the $4 salad, not the $8.50 one I ordered. We thought the thin crust pizza would be crunchy, but it was just soggy and it tasted a little off. Garlic sauce wasn't half as good as Domino's. So essentially, I paid double of what Domino's costs, for the same amount of pizza, and it didn't taste very good, it was soggy, and evidently the kids running the restaurant could care less if we actually got the things we ordered. Will not be going back.
