You do have to wait a while for your food but the service is good, it's just that the food is all made to order and takes time. The texture and mouth feel of this dish is also splendid. As a foreigner coming from outside of the Philippines, I have been pleased that the staff has been helpful with menu selections. I feel welcomed and at home. I applaud their use of spices in every dish, they are prepared with particular skill.
