We really wanted to try Jollibee in the Philippines, as we are big fans of the Jollibee in the states. We were impressed by how sizeable the portions are, and we were happy with the quality of the food. It really is the fast food place for Filipino food even in the Philippines, just as it is in the states. The service was friendly, and the dining area was similar to a mall food court. The palabok was sweet and saucy, and the spaghetti was sweet but could've used a bit more meat. We definitely wouldn't go back for classic Filipino dishes, as there is a limited menu, with mainly noodle and chicken-focused dishes, but we would go back for something quick or if we were craving fried chicken. read more

Because back in isla Oahu Jollibee is just 10mins walk from where we live so seeing Jollibee here ain't a big surprise, I'm too spoiled back there. But Philippines's Jollibee menu is surreal. And I'm glad. LoL. It's the first dinner we got as soon as we landed the province of Cebu! FOOD: 8pcs Chicken Joy - as usual, good and greasy at the same time. LoL. Feels like home, the comfort food for a regular Feb if she's not sick. Jollibee is Jollibee and chicken joy tastes the same the ones in Ala Moana Center. Service is okay. Lack of staffs so it took us to have our bucket for more than 25 minutes. Dining allowed and they put some plastic in the middle of the table as a protection. Tbh, I rather do takeout and have comfort eating my chicken joy at home with my younger siblings. Overall it's good and experience is okay. PS; forgot to take photos on our bucket of chicken joy. When in the Philippines , one must try jollibee! This place is always packed, adults, kids, and students are always stopping in to get a quick bite. My friend and I ended up getting the classic burger and the chicken with gravy and rice. The burger was interesting, it had a lot of sauce. Kind of reminded me of a McDonald's burger tbh. The friend chicken and gravy were good! I can see why people enjoy eating it with rice. The chicken was nice and crisp, and the gravy gave just made it better. read more

So, the oddest thing I had in Cebu was Jollibee's Amazing Aloha burger. A massive Pineapple slice overwhelmed the entire thing. I lived in Hawaii for four years, & never witnessed anything close to this; yes, we have pineapple & pork, pineapple on pizza, but hamburger and not cooked? NO!!! On a side note, the fries were good. Next, this location only took cash, no credit cards. So, it was like the 1980s in America. Finally, the service was blah, since they don't really make any suggestions. They just look at you rather puzzled, since everyone in the Philippines is familiar with this restaurant chain. However, it had been over 25 years since I have been in the Philippines. If you want to play it safe, stick with their version of fried chicken. It is called Chicken Joy Joy. Unlike American chains like KFC, Lee's, Church's and so forth that batter the chicken twice, Jollibee only has a thin coat. Perhaps, it is healthier, but still it's deep fried. Finally, I would not recommend the spaghetti, since the sauce is like ketchup. In addition, the sauce has a hotdog cut up in it. Another oddity but a low budget addition; remember, you're in the Philippines at their version of a fast food restaurant chain. A lot of people go without in this country. When you're hungry you'll eat just about anything including an Amazing Aloha Burger. read more

The service was a bit slow and the environment is a bit loud. The staff was nice enough. The spicy chicken sandwich tasted very old and frozen. I can not recommend it. However, their signature spaghetti was very good and to my surprise very tasty. Additionally, their fried spicy chicken was very good as well. Recommend giving this place a try. read more

I came here once while on my vacation. I wasn't too hungry so I came here for something light to eat. This eatery is also world wide. This restaurant chain is also in United States. I remember eating at this place while I was in college in the USA. It is a fast food joint that has mainly Chinese food but in the Philipino style. Their congee (rice portridge) is okay, their desserts are way too sweet and that is clearly Philipino style than Chinese. It is okay place to eat and it is a fast food joint. It is what it is for the price and you cannot expect the food to be excellent quality. I ordered the congee and that is it. read more
