Mr Hand Wax - This car was filthy after the drive from NJ, now it looks brand new, thanks guys! - Car Wash Near Me - Boynton Beach, Florida

today I went to the car wash at the Boynton Beach mall it was horrible Experience I would never go back to him again. They stole my money from card. I gave them a tip and they still took a tip out without me seeing they are very horrible. My car is not cleaned or vacuum inside out. I would not recommend nobody to go here. They're basically robbing so if you get a chance to look at your receipt before you pull off please do.........so the boss is always there. He's gonna act like he's just workingbe very careful with this car wash horrible the saddest thing is they make you give one star I wouldn't give it none read more

Beware!! Unless you watch them, they won't clean your car as they quoted. I asked them to wash my mats and seats. They gave me a quote and said it takes takes 2 hours. I walked to a store for 35 min and as I was coming back i saw my car parked. I figured they didn't get to it yet. Went to another store for 35 min, the car was in same spot. When I came over to ask they said they had been done. The inside looked terrible. They never even did my trunk. They didn't vacuum all the crap on my floors. They left a dirty rag in my car. When I I asked why my car looked likely this and east don't like we discussed he took the car to vacuum again. I said why at were seats not cleaned, the guy argued they were but they had deodorant still on them and sand. He then went back to wash the seats after I complained and said I wouldn't the extra for that. Sunday I woke up and my seats are ruined by what they used on them to clean them. Don't waste your money here! They don't know what they are doing. read more

Go to this guy if you wanna bring your car home and finish the job for him - bird shit still on my car - drop marks on my car from their product - didn't clean any of my door pockets or cup holders - whatever they used for the interior is oily and blotchy leaving fingerprints - stuff still on my windshield - didn't complete my door jams when I paid for door jams - told them I wanted my trunk done, didn't do it How are you gonna tell my my car is find and give it back to me with bird shit still on it And then when I politely asked for someone to touch it up he showed zero concern and never looked up from his phone the entire discussion/checkout time. Take some pride in your business buddy If your prices are too low for your employees to care about how well they do, raise them, because nobody wants to waste their time and money for something half ass read more

In all fairness they did a nice job but I wouldn't do business with them again if you paid me. After waiting 45 minutes for them to complete the wash, I tried to pay by credit card ad most people do. The attendant who I believe is the owner couldn't get his credit card machine to work. For 15 minutes I'm waiting around to pay. He asked me if I would go to an ATM to get cash or if I had Zell. When I said no, he kept me waiting another 10 minutes. When he finally gave me back my credit card, I asked for a receipt. He said he couldn't print one and told me to check my account. NOT THE WAY I WANT TO DO BUSINESS. read more

All I wanted was a good quality hand wash car wash. I didn't even ask for any additional vacuuming and cleaning that it included just to make the job easier. The job was poorly done and quick. They didn't take the time to meticulously clean and scrub the vehicle. I still have water spots on my car and bug residue on the front end of the vehicles and my rims are still dirty. Really disappointed in my first experience here. read more

Terrible job. Never again. Going somewhere else. Had car cleaned and had to go home and reclean it again

Destroyed my car's interior. The sprayed some kind of greasy, coconut type thing in my Black interior of Porsche Cayenne. I was horrified when I saw it. Tried to get it off for 2 hours, but nothing works. Now my entire car is stained with greasy stuff, which is very visible on the black leather and plastic. Looks like some leaking, messy droplets all over!! They even put that greasy stuff on the console and tv screen!!! The car is a total mess! Nothing works to get this off. Terrible terrible read more

I've come to the Boynton Beach Mall to get both of my cars cleaned out and washed and waxed for $35 each a few times. Each time I bring one of my cars there, I am told it'd be ready in an hour which gives me time to walk over to the mall to do some window shopping. Each and every time I come back, it's still not ready for another 30-45 minutes. The first few times were okay but the last time I went there for both of my cars was just horrible. I needed both of my cars waxed, too. So when I brought in my husband's red car, there was a girl who was by herself washing the cars and another guy was fiddling around inside the company van. I was a bit hesitant because most of the time I had my cars washed by the owner or one of the guys who frequently washes my cars, too. I gave her the benefit of doubt as I really needed his car washed and waxed as we had company coming over to stay with us for the week. She said it'd be done in an hour, so I went on over to the mall and then came back. My car was still not done, and I saw that she was on the cell phone while I was still waiting. She seemed not to care how she was waxing the car, she pretty much did a shit job on it. She put wax ON the windshield and windows... WHO DOES THAT? I was perplexed as to what was going on. The guy called me up to have me pay as he said my car was ready, so I paid. The girl brought out the car from under the tent. I took an inspection of the car and saw that she left the white wax on the hinges of the car, on the pin stripes, and in just about nook and cranny. She was rude about me taking notice about these things. So she just weakly "wiped off" the wax. I was really disappointed and I wanted to talk to the manager, but she wouldn't tell me when and where I could get a hold of him as the other guy went back inside the company van. The wax that was on the windshield wasn't noticeable until the week after during rain and all of the dirt that gets collected over time. It was a BITCH getting that damn wax off the glass windows! Geez louise! Pfft.... I don't think Mr. Hand Wax is worth the $35 to get your car cleaned, washed, and waxed by some amateurs who spend most of their time gabbing on their cellphones. Go somewhere else or better yet, do it yourself! read more

Friendly service! Great job! I had my 2009 BMW 328i washed & waxed. It looked brand new & beautiful! I was told it would be done in 45 minutes. By the time I walked to Panera bread to have my breakfast & walk back the car was completed as promised! It's so convenient to be near the mall, Texas Roadhouse & PANERA's. Or you can wait on the bench under a shade tree and bring a book! read more

They really put their back into it . Plan to leave your car and come back or bring entertainment!

i was the last customer and my car did not look close to done. They couldn open the back (I have an SUV) so I opened it. It was already 5 o'clock so they rushed. When I got in the car my dashboard was still dirty. I pointed it for them to please clean it. They were pretty much packed ready to leave. As I'm driving out I notice a steak on my windshield and a streak on my back window. Also parts of the front were still dusty and dirty, never touched. I had to come home to finish it. I payed a lot of money for it to be cleaned, washed, waxed and detailed. Quite disappointed. Even if you're the last customer you should get the same service especially considering the amount of money I paid. Not going back. read more

I'm very disappointed with their car cleaning service. The car had a lot of spots were the wax was not wiped off, the inside was still dusty in some parts, vacuuming was subpar, and the wheel hubs were still dirty. I pointed out a couple of spots but after seeing how little effort associate put into it, I gave up and walked away. Completely disappointed with service read more

Wish I could give it zero stars. I took my truck there and Paid 80$ for a wash, vacuum and wax. First off, the dollar hand vacuum at any gas station would do a better job. I still see dirt and crumbs on the floor and in the cracks. Crazy thing was my carpet was pulled up from under the plastic panel on the floor board and just left that way. On top of that, there was wax all over my car that was not rubbed in. I go back to show the guy he grabs a towel and wipes the spots. Once I got home I noticed that my entire roof has white wax all over it that was also never rubbed in. The way they clean the interior is embarrassing, they literally just spray gloss everywhere and wipe it off. Now everything is greasy. They managed to still leave dust my dash board and steering column read more

Terrible service. Rude. Says 10% off if paid with cash but they still charge you $27 for wash and vac of small car. Had to complain because they didn't even vacuum the trunk and they said you have ask for that if you want it. Really? Common sense is to do that as part of the job. Never going back here again. Car was so dirty I had to go home and spend 30 minutes wiping stuff down. read more

I cannot believe I have ever taken my car anywhere else to be cleaned. They do double the job and are half the price as the other local carwash shops. Friendly, Fast. Take Apple Pay as well. read more

Did a great job inside and out. I just don't think a RAV4 should be charged more . It's same surface area a Camry just a few inches taller.

Nothing spectacular here as everyone else claims. Wash was mediocre at best, and there was still brake dust on my front rims after the wash. If you want my honest opinion, go buy yourself some car soap, Armor All dash protectant, and invest in a vacuum. If you have money to throw away and don't want to be "inconvenienced" by washing your own car then by all means give this place a go. But as a car enthusiast and someone who's been working with cars for a very long time, you're better off doing it yourself for the price. If you want a "wax" Walmart sells a spray on wax that will mimic anything this place is able to do. Spray the damp car, wipe it with a microfiber towel, done. Hope everyone finds this post helpful. read more

By far the best car wash in South Florida! Jim and his staff always do an immaculate job! I've taken my jeep in there after every off-road excursion and they never fail to make it look as if it's never seen a dirt road. Their skills and work ethic aside, the customer service is some of the best I've come across in any business. Sajun always makes the experience a great one(make sure to ask him to tell you a joke)! I wouldn't trust my vehicles with any other car wash and I will continue to be a patron of Mr. Hand Wax for the rest of my days. read more

Ive been here twice- the first time was alright, but the second time I just felt like they didnt do a very good job on cleaning my car. I requested the highest service- tires polished and wax the second time and it literally looked as it did the first time when I got the "lowest service." Im not going to be going back, but I guess if I went next time I would just pay for the "lowest level." The customer service was decent. read more

Very disappointed in my wax. I paid $70 which includes tip thinking I was getting a very good detailed done. I was proven wrong. First off I went there and was up sold to add $20 for leather protectant. Which was fine. I ask the guy if they will get the bugs from the front bumper and he said yes no problem. Instead of waiting I left my car there and when I came back an hour later my car was supposedly done. The first thing I notice was my bumper still had the same bugs on it when I left it there. So how did you wax a car with bugs still in the car. I'm not sure if they even waxed it properly. So he told a guy to get the bugs off, which he try to do but really it wasn't a great job. There was bug splatter still on my windshield when I left also. $70 paid for a wash and wax that looked like middle schoolers did the job trying to raise funds for track. I will never go back again. Horrible job and wasted money. $70 my car should be spotless. read more

This place use to be good not anymore I paid for the full service wash hand wax and interior cleaning. My car was still dirty on the bottom panels and in the back under my hactch. If they waxed my car how could it still be dirty? When I got in the car I found they had not even wiped down my dash or door panels. I brought the car back and pointed out these things the guy actually said "I didn't know you wanted the dash wiped down or the bugs taken off". Seriously! $45 and they have to be told to do the job. DO NOT WASTE your Money on this place I will never use them again. read more

My car looks brand new. I received a complete detail, took it in on Saturday morning, first thing and there was already a line. I explained that I wasn't in a hurry, just wanted a clean car. Looked at my leather seats and said a spot wouldn't come out, which would have surprised me if it would. I'm mentioning it because he was upfront and set expectations. Lastly the wax looked great. Where else can you drop your car off, go shopping at the mall and come back to your car looking like almost new condition? Mr. Hand Wax is the only place, I know of! These guys most definitely know their business and will not stop until you are 100% satisfied. I have tried quite a few different car wash joints in the area including some bigger operations and none... I say NONE... come even close to the personal attention and quality of detail work that this team has given my cars (as well as those of my family and friends). Yes the lines and the wait are sometimes long, but did you expect that a car wash and detail business of this quality and affordability to stay a secret?! Have not had a single issue with them that they have not promptly resolved, including fixing a wax job due to rain. Something that other competitors I have been to will not provide unless under very specific circumstances. Courteous and with excellent customer service, I see no reason to ever go anywhere else. read more

This place deserves ZERO stars!! I brought my car in, mind you that I live 30 minutes from this place and drove all the way here based on the great reviews, but don't be fooled. They couldn't even do a handwax, and the place is called mr. Handwax, seriously? They left swirl marks all over my car, smudges and clumps from wax, a huge handprint of white powder was inside my door next to the handle. It was so bad I had to take it back, and the manager(Jim) gave me so much attitude. I showed him the oil smudges on my rims from someone spraying armor all on the wheels, and he acted like there was nothing there. Meanwhile, he boasts about being in the business 30 years, but told me my car was three-years-old, so there wasn't much they can do for it? My car is practically brand new. He talked down to me and treated me like I was stupid , probably because I'm a woman, so he thought he could bullcrap me, but I actually know a lot about cars. I'll tell you for $43 it was botched. Don't go here. He'll tell you have a nice day and will walk off. read more
