I've been here about three times. My first two experiences were great. I paid for the basic wash at…read more$27.50. My car was clean and I enjoyed a cup of free coffee inside the shop while I waited. I even bought a bunch of accessories. However, the third time I came, I felt pressured by the cashier to get a more expensive option, even though that's not what I wanted. Then when I got my car back, it was dirty. There was hair on the seats and pieces of cotton as well from clothes. The rugs were still dirty. Even the cupholders were dirty. I immediately asked a staff member if they had really cleaned the car or even vacuumed. The cashier came out to me and told me that I should've just paid for a more expensive wash if I wanted the car to be clean. I was appalled because I didn't know they were going to do a subpar job just because I chose the more affordable option for myself. I also didn't appreciate his tone towards me. I tried to explain to him that the car was still dirty and he told me that it was clean or perhaps his eyes didn't work. It was very disrespectful. Not at all how you should talk to a paying customer. I kept coming back here because I liked the service the first two times, but it seems like they are not consistent. Despite paying the same price all three times, my latest wash was a disaster. It doesn't even look like I got my car cleaned on the inside. I've recommended this place to my friends in the past, but I'm going to retract my statement. I won't be returning.

Before paying, I politely explained to the gate attendant that my new vehicle had some road salt on it (I was in Michigan 2 days ago) and asked if it would be possible to run it through a second time if needed to ensure everything was removed. The attendant was friendly and helpful and told me, "Sure, no problem man -- we're here to help." Great! Based on that assurance, I purchased the highest-tier wash for $30. After the wash, I was still worried about salt residue (as one should) and came around for the rewash that had been discussed beforehand. That's when things took a turn. The site manager (or assistant manager) immediately became dismissive and antagonistic, challenging me with comments like "Where do you see salt?" rather than addressing the request that had already been approved before I paid. To add insult to injury, the "rewash" I was eventually sent through was just the most basic wash -- despite the fact that I had paid for the top-tier $30 package in the first place. It was an unnecessary confrontation over a simple and reasonable request. No paying customer should be made to feel like they have to defend themselves just to receive the service that was already agreed to. The contrast between the polite gate attendant and the unprofessional behavior from management was striking. Unfortunately, the manager's attitude completely undermined what should have been a straightforward customer service interaction. Very disappointing experience, especially for a business that should understand that basic courtesy and professionalism go a long way. The gate attendant understood customer service. The site manager clearly did not. It's amazing how quickly a straightforward, polite request can turn into a needlessly adversarial interaction when someone in charge decides they'd rather argue with a customer than simply honor what was already promised.

The self-service bays are definitely the better bargain--I paid just $5 to wash my small vehicle and probably could have finished with only $4. There's a machine on site to exchange large bills for dollar bills for the wash bays, and they also accept card payments, which is super convenient. They have a vending machine stocked with car cleaning accessories and air fresheners, too. You start with $2 to get the water and soap going, and you can add more as needed. The timer counts down and lets you know when you're down to a minute, which is really helpful. With $5, I had just over five minutes--enough time to spray, soap, rinse, spot-free rinse, and even use the dryer option at the end. They also have vacuums and a dedicated area where you can hand dry your vehicle after you finish washing. If you need something even faster, the drive-through car wash starts at $8 and goes up if you want extra options like additional rinses or tire care. I'll definitely be back--the options here are affordable and do a great job!

The car definitely looked better overall when I left. However, there were a few issues that were disappointing. There was a glob of wax on one of my interior doors and visible wax residue on my outside door handles. My windshield was also left streaky. No big deal; I wiped it off myself, but for the $53 package I'd hoped they'd pay more attention to detail. More concerning, I noticed that my passenger-side floor mat was missing when I got into my car after the wash. I purchased my car new and it originally had a full set of distinct rubber mats. When I brought it up to the gentlemen who let me back into my car, I was told only three mats were removed during cleaning, but I know there were four. I didn't raise this with a manager at the time, which I regret, but I wanted to share my experience so others can double-check their vehicles before leaving. Overall, decent cleaning in some areas, but attention to detail and accountability could be improved. If you go here, I urge you to take your items out of your car and take photos of your mats or anything that can be removed.
