This was my initial visit to Proshine Car Wash and Detail. I had visited this location when it was…read moreoperated by different folks and possessed different business names. The visit I had at the previous business wasn't spectacular; however, this was a far better experience. I've desperately needed my car detailed and have struggled with the idea of letting anyone touch it due to COVID-19 concerns. In passing by this location, I've noticed the staff wearing masks and it's also very clean so I decided to entertain taking my car here. I researched the business hours early Sunday morning and stumbled across a Groupon offer. The deal combined with the convenient opening time of 8AM persuaded me to give in to my germaphobic fears. I'm really happy I did! I opted for the full service deal and there happened to be a 20% promo offer. I paid $11.25 in the end. I got more than my money's worth! I pulled up to the car wash and the staff were both friendly and patient. As I mentioned above, I hadn't visited this location since they changed hands so I wasn't privy to the fact one remains in the car when it goes through the wash. That being said, I was extremely confused and not complying very well with their guidance. I'm sure they had some good conversation once I caught on, lol. Nonetheless, they were good sports about it! The Groupon was scanned when I pulled up so payment was essentially taken care of at time of service eliminating the need to go into the lobby. After I drove through the wash portion, I circled around to the back where Junior detailed both the inside and exterior of my car. My dashboard and seats looked great and my floor mats and tires haven't been this clean in a LOOOOONG time! WOW! Due to the fact I purchased the Groupon on my iPhone with Apple Pay and was coming from a run, I didn't have cash to tip nor did I have a debit card for the ATM inside. Needless to say, I asked Junior his name and promised to return. For the record, I did return within the hour. ;) Junior was friendly and professional and did a superb job detailing my car and so were the other gentlemen who assisted and worked there. Finally, the manager was also very friendly and accommodating. I will absolutely return to this establishment and recommend this car wash to others in need of an affordable detail.

They are typically busy but the wait is never long. Always friendly and accommodating when I need them to break a $10 or $20. You can wait on the benches but they also have a waiting room with complimentary water and coffee, which is nice on hot days. The exterior wash is usually good. Gets the bird poop out and makes the rims shiny. You can stay inside the car for the ride. The interior cleaning is where they fall a little short. It's good not great. I always notice a little dust or pebbles left in corners. Areas that require a bit more effort to vacuum or reach. They don't rush and if you point something out, they will grab supplies and go over any problematic areas so the service is good.

There's this rude kid that misguides you when you're getting your car cleaned with a nasty attitude and heard this isn't the first time. On top of that i thought they were going to clean my car on the inside they didn't they just spend a bunch of time doing nothing essentially there's no way i paid almost $40 for literally what i brought in. I could've done this at home if I knew it was going to look the same on the inside when i brought it in. I wouldn't go back honestly save your coin and your time and just do it at home. Update: Great customer service owner and manager rectified the situation and are very understanding about my complaints, truly makes me want to go back. I wouldn't of been heard if this was at another car wash but they care about their clients. Updated because the customer service and the complaints are taken serious and they want you to feel heard. 100% coming back because of the customer service.

I should have listened to the other bad reviews! Requested a buff and shine on my vehicle, really…read moreit was just a cleanup job because it had already been buffed and polished, earlier in the week. ...but there was excess polish left on the car from a past job. Originally I Was told the job would take three hours, for a price of $249. Which I agreed to. Once the detailers got here, he said if I wanted the tiny strip area around my windows done as well, it would be an extra $50 because it would take him an extra 30 minutes. They knew I was on a time restriction because they had to be finished by 3 o'clock for a showing on my house. So I agreed because of the extra time And felt it would make him hurry up and finish the job so that I could show my house at the scheduled time. They finished in LESS THAN TWO HOURS and still charged me $300. When I questioned the extra $50 that I was originally told was because it would take him so much longer, he said no, the 50 extra dollars is for the trim around the windows. So, beware that when you are paying for someone to buff your car, that different parts of the car, which should be included, are going to cost you extra. It's like selling someone my house and then saying "OH YOU WANT THE AIR CONDITIONING? That's extra" How about I come to clean your house, and tell you (after we have already agreed to a price), that if you want me to clean the floors that's extra. Wouldn't go over too well. Car looks fine but I don't like getting jerked around for more money once they show up at my house. *** After speaking with Francesca at the office, she is now accusing me of making up stories, and insist that the detailers were there for longer than they said they were. Even though I have screenshots, and timestamps, and there are cameras all over my driveway. Not to mention the fact that, doesn't everyone know that Tesla records everything happening on the outside of their vehicle??. It's infuriating that after I write a review, she says that they were there for a little OVER two hours. Which somehow justifies a price increase, not agreed to, for "the trim" around my windows? It's part of the car. I watched the guys merely wipe the area. It literally didn't even take them five minutes. Now she is threatening to "report me". What a scammy business they are running.
