They tried to contact the service tech, but no answer. So we're left with a window that is not sealed and we don't have a ladder to reach that area.

After 5 months of incorrect measurements, wrong ordered parts and multiple trips, they cannot do the work after all. They reimbursed my deposit but broke my storm shutters so now that cost falls to me since they won't reimburse me for the damage I watched them do. Had they told me the shutters had to be removed, I would have had a reputable company do it. It has been a real nightmare and I have had my place in OC since '98. In all that time, I have never had an experience like go glass. I do not recommend this company.
