My dad was spray painting an object 6 feet away from his car on a windy day. Long story short, the overspray got all over his brand-new car. To make things worse he took acetone to the car to remove it (per the advice of a store associate). Alberto looked at the car and said no problem. I left the car with him and 5 days later, I swear my dad's car was brand-new. It looked better than when we picked up the car from the dealer. I purchased my brand new X5 back in 2016, and it went straight to PAD for a 2 step paint correction followed by several layers of Ceramic Pro. I would say I'm quite anal when it comes to my cars and never been through a automatic wash. heard of PAD from several friends and gave it a try, I'm extremely happy I did! When I first got there, Luke did a full walk around to inspect the vehicle and pointed out several areas that required attention. Although the car was brand new, I was surprised to see many swirls in the clear coat. This was prob due to the bad prep work from the dealer but my untrained eye couldn't catch it. I Ok'ed the work and picked up the vehicle a couple days later. The transaction was smooth and Luke would always keep me updated on the progress which was awesome. I had many detailers in the past that never did this, and I always wondered if anything was being done to my car, but thats another story... When picking up my car, I was blown away! The amount of gloss and slickness to the paint was night and day, and No more swirls under his inspection lighting!! between the correction and ceramic coating, it definitely made the paint pop much more. My car looked better than brand new! It's now 2 years later and the paint still looks immaculate. if you don't know about ceramic coatings, I recommend you all look into it. The way it repels water and keeps dirt from sticking to the car is insane. I use to wash my car every week, but now I can go 2 months without touching it. PAD does the ceramic maintenance annually and I will continue going to him for all my auto car needs.
