Mr Glass is your top choice for impact doors and windows. I've worked with other companies for other properties and there's no comparison. Mr. Glass is very efficient, their team of installers are very professional and they go beyond the call of duty. We are extremely pleased and grateful for their quality work and top quality products. Best of all, they will give the best price! Thank you Mr. Glass!! read more

Extremely disappointing experience with the installation The window and door replacement itself may have been necessary, but the way the work was handled was extremely disappointing. After the bedroom installation was completed, I returned home to find drywall/construction dust throughout my entire bedroom -- on the walls, floors, bed, pillows, comforter, furniture, and personal belongings. This was far beyond what I would consider normal construction dust. During the work, I observed containment being used at certain points, but I also documented instances where the containment was not closed. Regardless of how it happened, the end result was an apartment left extensively contaminated with construction dust. I understand that construction creates dust, but proper containment and cleanup are part of performing work inside an occupied home. Residents should not be left with their bedroom and personal belongings covered in drywall dust. I documented the condition with photos and video and reported it immediately, remediation was declined. The quality of the installation is only part of the job -- protecting the customer's home and leaving the workspace properly cleaned matters too. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Mr. Glass, would not recommend. read more

Effective in 2025 the IRS requires a MID code from the manufacturer in order for claim energy credit on income tax returns. I was not aware until I prepared my taxes for 2025. Per IRS --- Manufacturers of qualified energy property must register to qualify products for the Energy Efficient Home Improvement Tax Credit. Property acquired and installed in 2025 must be acquired from a Qualified Manufacturer. If this not completed the required QMID code will NOT be assigned by the IRS and therefore one cannot claim energy credit for impact windows. This is a minimum of $600.00 . Imagine my disappointment and how this impacted my return. One of the LARGEST manufacturers and they still are not in compliance with the IRS. So be aware before you buy from they or any company that uses Mr. Glass as the manufacturer. It is 6 months into a new year and no QMID code available! read more

Terrible design. Water comes in through the bottom rails. Even worse i had a mikinbin installer aka poor workmanship. I had the Mr. Glass engineer come out and spot a bunch of issues in the install. Started the sliders were designed with this water issue on purpose! Haven't been able to get the installer back to fix everything. Next step.. legal action. I highly DO NOT recommend. read more

Terrible door quality glass and Bad Customer Service After a wait of 6 months, multiple phone calls and excuses, we finally received our door and to our surprise it came with a manufacturing defect inside the glass. Marks that look like buffing machine internally. These are permanent internal buffer marks. How does this even pass their own inspection, I have no clue. The door had poor finish, they left a gap hole and the windows that we ordered had poor trim finish. Scuff and scratches on metal among other minor things. Stay away from Mr Glass read more

These guys are great. I've called maybe 12 door and window shops and the owners Faisal and Tarek are so knowledgeable and honest! I'm so grateful to have met them so I don't have to waste my time with the other companies! Worst company ever . Does not provide any sort of warranty for faulty products , even though the company I represented purchased half a million from them . Glass windows routinely crack by themselves , causing hazardous work spaces for our employees . Their response is to charge double what any other company would charge to replace it . Nothing about the fact that the issue is the lack of quality in their products . We have had to repair the doors that we purchased from them as well as they damage the floor . read more

WOKE-WOKE-WOKE Company-Stay Away from here, I had applied to this company for a vacant position. I'm white,61,Professional purchasing buyer-for 23 years. Had phone interview with HR VP. She told me I was a perfect fit for the position. She advanced me to the department manager for where this position was available. I'd followed up with text finally told me the manager moved on with his search. This company is very judgemental against White,Non-Hispanic, Older applicants. It's against the law to discriminate on those points. This company did. BBB should factor this into their rating on this discriminating company read more

Mr. Glass claims the following miss information: We take pride in the distinct quality of our craftmanship and use only the best materials in the fabrication of our products. Our commitment is to our clients, products, and services. Through meticulous work and first-rate quality products, we manage to ensure our customers of our standing as an insuperable manufacturing company. I had hurricane windows and doors installed using one of Mr. Glasses extensive Miami dealers in April 2023 after waiting 16 weeks at a cost of $28,000. They told me it took this long because of covid and because the glass is manufactures in Colombia SA. Not even 3 months after the installation my very expensive Series MG-3000 IMPACT RESISTANT SWING DOORs glass cracked from the bottom corner to almost the very top of the door. Both the installation company and Mr. Glasses service representatives came to inspect the issue, and both agreed that the crack was not an impact issue. Both pointed fingers at each other and Mr. Glasses office representative told me that they do not warranty the glass itself. How can this be possible. The installer company said, they warranty the aluminum itself and issues with bad installation. Now for resolution, I have to either pay to have the door replaced or pay for the glass and installation. I don't think this is fair and don't think these windows/doors will hold up through a hurricane. You will not see anything in Mr. Glasses website about warranting their products. I believe these two companies need to cover the cost of bad workmanship and either repair or replace the door. Consumers stay away from Mr Glass. read more

Avoid avoid avoid. If I could rate it less, I would. We've renovated three houses and this is the worst installation experience we've ever had. We ordered impact windows through their "supposed" licensed 3rd party contractor. Not sure how Mr. Glass vets their third-party installers/contractors, if at all, but ours was a crook (Tai Group Impact windows- avoid them too). After a $33,000 investment, we waited nine months for installation, and the job is still not complete. After we failed our third inspection, red flags started flying. Mr. Glass promised to follow up and fix handles that fell off impact sliding doors after 2 months of use (which speaks to the quality of their product) and the sliding screens never showed, which were included in the original contract. Also speaking of the the quality of the doors, you can hear right through them as if the doors were open. How is this hurricane proof? Job unfinished; their licensed contractor has disappeared; and zero culpability and follow up by Mr Glass, the manufacturer. Horrible. read more

This is one of the worst experiences I've had with dealing with a company. I contracted a third party to install my windows and placed my order back in may. I was aware of the delay. 10 weeks has turned into 6 months and still haven't received my order. They broke one of my windows and had to reorder the glass. The contractor has repeatedly called them to ask for eta. No update. And there are orders that have gone through after the replacement was made and some of those orders were fulfilled. This is disappointing and flat out infuriating. This company has negligent and will no longer do business with them. Try not to deal with them. read more

Do NOT use Mr. Glass for your remodeling. They do not stand behind their products and will not return your calls. Their installer is unprofessional. The windows leak wind and water into the home. When you call Mr Glass for them to inspect and review the work of their installer, they refuse to respond, and they blame bad work on the contractor. They take no pride and no responsibility in their product. Avoid them at all cost. Replacing your windows and sliding doors is one of your biggest investments. Don't make the mistake of using Mr. Glass, even if you have to pay more with another company. I will have to pay again to replace these new hurricane impact windows and doors because they were poorly made and poorly installed. read more

I would definitely recommend Mr. Glass Door. Benny was very nice and showed up at the time we agreed on. He did a great job and our door is now sliding perfectly. read more

I regret hiring this company so so much. Worst mistake ever. They took forever to install the doors and windows and when they did, it was done wrong. They had to send another team, who also did the job wrong and had to come back a second time. At the end of the day the job was left unfinished. There was no attention to detail whatsoever. Things were rushed and are not aesthetically pleasing. Honestly, I never had to deal with such an incompetent company. The owner was nice, but that doesn't compensate for the bad job. There were many problems during the whole thing and it took at least a year for them to complete the "still incomplete job". I could still mention many other issues that arose during this ordeal, but I guess that I'll leave it at this. I should've done my research before hiring these people. We chose them because they had the best price and that was a big big mistake. read more

The customer service I received from the receptionist and initial estimator was not good at all. They spent about 20 minutes searching their computer system just to tell me they could not give me an estimate because it came from someone who used their software. We cannot rate Mr. Glass and Windows at this time because they order their windows from South America causing a delay in new window installation. If there is a flaw in size of the window there is another delay ordering from South America. If a window problem is discovered the customer has to communicate with South America manufacturer who then blames the installer. Buyer beware. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wish I could give this company NEGATIVE STARS. Our brand new sliders are leaking inside the house. They damaged multiple pieces of property and won't fix them. They won't send someone out to fix the leaking doors that were just installed a month ago. Sure you pay less than some companies but you certainly get the cheap materials and service that you pay for. This is an update to my previous review. One of the replacement windows leaked during a recent rainstorm. Worst experience with a company. They said 2-3 months and ended up taking almost a year until install finished. Installers were careless and I prob had 10-15 different ones come to my house over the course of 4 weeks. Some windows had manufacture defects like a small dot that I let go. Installers broke my curtain rod, exterior outlet covers, cracked bathroom tile, which I let go since they were either unnoticeable or didn't bother me to much. My house is made of cmu ground floor and wood second floor, so the first floor windows were installed ok but the second floor they cut 2" all around the window and filled it with 2" of caulking. That's a lot of caulking. When I asked why the neighbours don't have this on there new windows the owner replied saying these windows won't leak. Every-time I emailed them about an issue they ignored me and only asked for the final payment. I explained to them that the final payment doesn't get paid until they finish cause they hadn't finished the caulking at that time and the windows were missing screws. They said inspection past but I never saw anyone stop by and I could literally push the window out of the frame of the house if I wanted to. That's how bad it was. Over several weeks of different people coming to my house unprepared or only to bother my whole day for 2 hours of work. They tried putting a lien on my house and immediately emailed me after 20 mins to ignore the previous email... lol. They did tell me they would cut the stucco but didn't tell me about all the caulking they would use. They used a very cheap caulk for the interior that is complete trash. Had to walk the installers on what they needed to finish because so many different ones came to my house. They said they fired the initial installers but I don't believe this. They also tried to claim that repairing the drywall on the inside from the mess they made is not there problem and it says in the contract they don't repair STUCCO so I simply showed this to them and they tried to claim stucco is drywall. They eventually fixed the drywall no cost. For me I can oversee all of this Except the 2" of caulking which they claim is normal. When I call stucco companies I fix it they assure me this is not normal. I called another window company for there opinion and they assured me this is terrible work and I could get 3x the money I spent on them back. I'm not one to sue but I will leave this review to warn others. Otherwise the frame of the window seems strong and the glass also seems very high quality. Really just the installers that are trash. And the whole management team. At first they were nice though. Refer to the photos so u don't think I made this up cause that would be messed up. There's more but this review is long enough read more

On August 2019 I got a proposal from a company specializing in Hurricane Window installation and replacement. I had the choice to get PGT windows or Mr. Glass windows at a slightly lower price. I made the mistake of choosing Mr. Glass windows. The order for my windows was placed in August 2019 and the windows installed in early January 2020. According to my salesman, one of the replacement windows could not be installed; a simple fixed single glass window was defective from the factory (Mr. Glass) and they would order a replacement so no final inspection could be requested at the time. The weeks passed and passed and my Salesman kept telling me that Mr. Glass kept pushing out the delivery date of the replacement window. On May 5th 2020 I finally decided to call Mr. Glass directly and both receptionists I spoke with (I couldn't get further than the receptionist) told me that they do not deal with the end user, that I would have to talk to the company doing the installation to get information about my missing window. I told them that I was the one paying for the windows and that I needed to find out why it was taking so many months to get the replacement window, which was in turn holding up my final inspection. They refused to give me any information about my order and the delays. Bottom line: if you make the mistake of choosing Mr. Glass windows, DO NOT expect to get ANY customer service from Mr. Glass. Spend a little more and go with a more reputable company that stands behind its products and with good customer service, such as PGT or comparable read more

Disappointing beyond words. A window order was supposed to take 3 weeks. We are going on week number 8 and I can't get a simple response. No one seems to know what is going on in the company and no one is motivated to fix the problem. I buy an inordinate amount of windows and they don't seem to need my business enough to complete one small order. They promise every week that it will be done next week and the week passes without any communication on their end. They do not care period. I wouldn't use their products if you paid me to use them to me at this point. If you value your own business, run, do not walk but run from doing business with Mr. Glass! read more

Do not hire this company whatsoever. Worst experience. They told us it took 8 weeks and it has been 20 weeks. They are not compassionate and simply come up with excuses every week (if they answer). The style and aesthetics of windows and doors, and the quality of materials was just simply extraordinary. I was very impressed from the first contact with representatives. One the owners, Dagoberto, went to my house and took the measurements himself and I can honestly say I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise... excellent professional and excellent human being! The installers were just as amazing too, their work was completed quickly, impeccably detailed and efficient ... and together with the measurements Dagoberto had taken everything fit to perfection, really amazing!!!
