For many months I have been trying to get them to come back and fix it but my efforts have been in vain. Most times it is impossible to reach Kirk Crouse because he doesn't answer his phone and the voice mail is full. The three times I have been able to reach him he promised to come but didn't show up or even phone to say he wasn't going to make it after I stayed home and waited all day. In addition to problems with the A/C and heating, there is air in the hot water line and they haven't come to fix that either. My advice is to find a different mechanical company!! Kirk Crouse is certainly not a person I would ever hire again.
