When I questioned if it had been - they had "forgotten" I must say I'm totally dissatisfied with the customer service at this establishment. The issue went unnoticed for some time and in this time the company was bought by Florida coastt. The issue got escalated to a manager and they denied my refund request stating that they couldn't find the information. However, someone else from the company was able to provide me with details of the order before I got to the manager. This person was a former employee of the company they bought. They asked for corresponding details which matched but the employee then said that was from years ago and there was nothing they can do. Be careful with this company. Keep in mind that this was a item that was not even shipped. Their customer service is not like Amazon's.
