In my opinion, do not use this company. They present themselves as professional up front, but behind the scenes their priorities are clear: unless you're a big commercial customer or bringing them a large job, you're not important.
I brought in my hot water pressure washer for service, only to find out, after calling them myself for an update, that it had been sitting untouched in the back for over a week. One employee even told me it was being worked on, but when I pressed for details, another admitted it was never touched because warranty work "wasn't a priority." Imagine if I hadn't called, I could have been waiting for weeks without knowing a thing.
When I asked for accountability and transparency from management, instead of answers I got attitude. That's not how honest businesses operate. A company's ethics show when things aren't going their way, and here it's clear: they pick and choose based on how much money they'll make, not on serving their customers fairly.
The only reason I even tried them was because Northern Tool referred me. Unfortunately, after more than a week of wasted time, I learned the hard way that this business values profit over people. In today's world, customers deserve honesty and transparency. You won't find that here.
