******PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT****…read more YOU SHOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! THE OWNER, RYAN, IS A TOTAL LIAR AND COMPLETE THIEF. HE WILL NAG THE HELL OUT OF YOU TO GET PAID, THEN TRY TO FORCE YOU INTO SIGNING A CONTRACT. ONCE HE GETS YOUR MONEY, HE WILL REFUSE TO DO THE WORK AND LIE TO YOUR FACE!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! IF YOU THINK THIS IS JUST A VENDETTA, TAKE A LOOK AT THE SCREENSHOTS AND THE COMMUNICATIONS. I found Ryan by flagging him down at a house where he was working in the neighborhood of my rental house. He agreed to service the property, and requested that I sign a one-year contract for his services. In my experience, this is unheard of for residential landscaping, so I told him that I was very uncomfortable with that, and would need to see how things go for a couple of months before making a decision. During the first month, I had to track him down a couple of times to get the property serviced. I told him I was uncomfortable with signing a contract, so we agreed that I would be a monthly customer. With this agreement, I paid him for the months of April and May 2026. He serviced the property on 5 May 2026 and never returned. I had to constantly reach out to ask him when he would be servicing the property, although he repeatedly gave his word, he never kept it. All that I got was flaky BS excuse after flaky BS excuse. Since he still owed me one more service before the end of the month, I intended to let him finish the month out, then terminate his services. No one should ever need to spend time chasing down someone to do work they were paid to do. After all, time can be wasted without spending one dime, and we can all get angry for free. Then he actually had the UNMITIGATED GALL TO SEND ME AN INVOICE FOR JUNE!!!!! When I requested a refund because he only serviced the property once in May, he became rude and confrontational as though I had no right to expect him to keep his word or to receive service I paid for. Initially, I thought I was only due a refund of $82.50 for the fourth service. But going through the messages to create this review, I realized that I paid him for four services, yet only received one. Therefore, he owes me a refund of $244.50. I'm going to take him to Small Claims court because he cannot be trusted to tell the truth. I'm also reporting him to the State Licensing authority regarding his dishonest behavior. The issue is not the small amount of money. It's the principle of him thinking he get away with stealing my money, then tell me to shut up about it. That's got my blood a-boiling. The screenshots are not AI or otherwise falsified. They were screenshots of a real conversation - which I will be bringing to court.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the other 1 star reviews. I set up an appointment with Amanda,…read morethe designer assigned to work with me, for December 4th. Everything seemed to go very well. She informed us that she would have the estimate before Christmas. The company had work in the same neighborhood where I am building and I spoke with them and was pleased with their work and their responses. Comes the week of December 16th I call to verify we will still get the quote. I spoke with Jordan (again from the office) and she informed me that Monday the 23 would be the latest but she may make it by Friday. Needless to say I didn't receive it. I called on the 26th and asked about it and again Jordan said it will be soon but, "her designs are a lot more time consuming and cannot be rushed. Considering our contractor's designs and the holiday season, she is backed up in that department." From my perspective, their designer must be challenged with time management and the communication from the company to the customer could use some work. I waited until near the end of today (January 3) and called again. I spoke with Jordan and there was no reason just having to wait. I said you do not need to wait any longer as I will not consider your quote. I asked to speak with someone there and was told (paraphrasing) "I don't think I should be giving you any additional information. Have a nice day. goodbye." I was and continue to be unemotional. I wanted to pass on my experience and speak with them, Instead, I ended up writing another google review. There field workers may be great. The finished product may be great. However, I already know their communication is challenging. Their time management is questionable. When You are about to spend what I consider to be a large amount of money, I want better odds. For anyone re4adin this, how will this company get better if they do not get the opportunity to see what they put their potential customers through, Perhaps Jordan is one of the owners. I look at this as a good thing. I avoided spending my hard earned money on a company that apparently will not allow their frustrated prospective customer to speak with anyone in management. Good luck.

I had an erosion problem in a very small back yard and drew up a plan for extensive retaining walls and regrading to give my dogs a place to get their needed exercise without tearing up my lawn. I had prior satisfactory experience with the Rock Creek group and they were my first call. Their quote for the work was a bit salty, but I had faith that the quality of workmanship of this company would be well worth the cost. What I got was a spectacular final product. They knew how to tweak my plan, after consultation with me, to best fit the surrounding landscape. They did a fantastic job in keeping with my grading plan. They were very careful to not damage my existing lawn with their many front-end loader trips, the crew worked diligently, and despite a language barrier, were interested in hearing my minor concerns during the entire process. Thanks to Manse and Jack Jolly, Brandon, Roberto, Alejandro, Victor, Ignacio, and Francisco for their hard work and diligence for making my plan come to life in a spectacular result. Special thanks to Taylor Lefler for responding to all of my calls and generally keeping the project on track. I highly recommend this company.
