The only reason this shop gets 3 stars was because the 3 girls working were not pleasant. They didn't seem to enjoy their job and one girl kept forgetting who they were helping. If they got busy this location would not function seamlessly. I will be going back for the ice cream and to try the service again. Maybe it was because the girls were young and still do not know what having a job means.

Took me about 20 minutes to get here and it was definitely worth it. This is a quiet and quaint shop. It's a one stop shop I say. You get all three in one. You get your food and dessert of your choice. And the amazing staff (and owner I believe) are there to help. Did you know this place was named after their cute dog? We ordered the bowl which was pretty good. They have so many toppings to choose from in your bowl it wasn't disappointing at all. My only complaint is the chicken thigh (chipotle flavor I think) needed a little more seasoning to it. It was kind of bland, but nothing horrible. I forgot the best part. They make the chips fresh in front of you and it comes free with your meal!! The other places would never. The burger was good. It is seasoned with taco seasoning it seems and it does taste pretty good. It's a thick patty too and the meat is fresh. It's not a pre-shaped patty which I love. You get fries with this that are all made fresh. We did not get to try the boba or froyo but we will next time. They have a loyalty points program which everyone loved those. We signed up because we know we will be back. Last but not least, the beautiful view in the back. You can sit in the back as they have some seating and look over the beautiful pond with all the animals. Also, for those who like airplanes, you see a lot going to the Oakland airport. Please please PLEASE come out and support this business. They also give back to the community as they were giving free food to school kids. A place like this will always have my support and business.

We tried interacting with them, asked how their day was, nothing, they interacted with my friend shortly to tell us about the cannoli bars but that was about all we got. They stared at me the entire time watched every single movement i made while we were in there like I was a ghost or like i was doing something wrong, mind you this was my first time ever coming in, I get I look a little different than the average person (piercings, colored hair, etc) but that doesnt mean i dont deserve to be treated the same as every other person that walks in that door. We looked around for a little bit, it looked like they had some cool treats but I now will most likely never try them because I was so discomforted by the treatment from the people working there. These kids need retrained on proper customer service, never in my life of working customer service/retail even when i was 14 years old would I have ever thought it okay to act like that with a new customer or any customer. I hope they do better for future and returning customers that come in, I unfortunately will not be one of them.

This drive-up ice cream operation is not quite fit for a queen but more likely a princess, a plump princess covered in rainbow sprinkles or crushed peanuts depending on your mood. This was a favorite haunt of the adolescent Jamie W., and he drove us here out of a nostalgic fixation. Even though they offer slushes, sundaes, milkshakes, and something called a tornado (which I assume is the un-Queenly version of a blizzard) - we stuck with the $2.25 Small Soft Serve Vanilla Cones. Jamie went for his sprinkles (photo: http://bit.ly/2YGlDbW), and I went nuts or I mean I went for the crushed peanuts (photo: http://bit.ly/2YJDjDl). Hit the spot for a few fleeting licks as my peanuts dribbled to the ground. God save the Queen...and the Dream, too. First, the person working the counter, who I believe is the new owner could not be any friendlier…read more He did try to go out of his way to serve and accommodate us, but the issue was with the final product and not his kind demeanor. This place had advertised they had a "world famous" espresso shake. Looking at my Yelp accomplishments, it said something like I rated almost 90 coffee experiences, we love coffee and enjoy going around our travels either locally or outside our area to try new brews. So we had to try this world famous drink. First, it was very pricy, almost $9 for an average size shake, which is way more expensive than a Starbucks when I add extra shots of espresso and different syrups. It is also pricier than our current go-to ice cream and shake spot which offers a bigger product for more than half that price. The man working the counter knew we liked bold coffee and said he could adjust it if we were not satisfied with it. So he got the shake, and it tasted like a bland vanilla shake with a tiny hint of coffee, so my husband said it was not bold enough. They said they would fix it, and then we got a melted, watery vanilla milk with very weak coffee, it tasted like vanilla milk with a tad of coffee. There was no more milk shake, just melted ice cream, so they put more coffee in but did not put anything to thicken it. Feeling bad, my husband did not want to ask them to fix it again and he was very sad that we did not get the bold espresso shake he craved. He also did not think they had an espresso machine in there, but not sure. They also did not have no sugar added products, so we need to return to our other local ice cream joint for a shake next time.
