The floors look clean, there are no funky smells, the washers are less than 30 mins (medium drum) and they do have small, medium and large options! Which is super nice. It cost about little over $6 for the washers but they are fast and clean! All washers looked ready for use and not nasty and sketchy! The driers take only some change, I think $0.79, and last for 10 mins! They also have the basket wagons to use and clean tables to fold your laundry. PLENTY of space to fold. There is also a little kids table with books for them to read and sit. ‼ TO USE WASHERS AND DRIERS: ‼ You have to get a card and fill it with money on the back wall where the screens are. Super easy and simple to use, they take cash or card and it'll give you a soaps N suds card to use for both washers and driers! If we end up needing to do laundry here again, I would definitely come back and recommend this place to others!

The attendant is always angry, walking around and muttering angry things under her breath. I went this morning to do my laundry, keeping my baskets on my folding table to keep the aisles clear. I had a lot of laundry to fold and sort and took up two tables that were connected. This was around 7:30 am when there were very few people around. The attendant tells me that I have to move my laundry. I asked why. She said that she needs the table. With my laundry splayed out along both tables I said, "But all the other tables are available. You can use those. I'm not moving." She says, "I'm the manager, and I need this table since it's close to the office." I said, "Well I'm the customer and I need to fold laundry. You can't wait ten minutes for me to finish?" It was a very weird confrontational experience that felt like bullying. If the table has to be reserved for employees, then why isn't there a sign or something? I think she just wanted to pick a fight because she's a miserable human being. She has always had a bad attitude.

I'll go first on this place. 3 stars for being open and next to a Dollar store for detergent I…read moredidn't bring. 5 stars for the experience. While traveling and living out of hotels for several weeks I found out my wife's concerns with doing laundry is terribly wrong. It turns out that commercial washers and dryers are different than home units. 1-You can overload them, no apparent limit. 2-You don't need to separate colors. 3-Dollar store detergent from El Salvador has the same Alpine meadow scent as the stuff from Harris Teeter. 4-Drying, same as washing, no need to think about separating colors and fabric. 5-2 quarters is the rule for drying, if not done in 14 minutes, it'll dry on its own at the hotel. Six stars to the ladies there who didn't think they had to tell me what to do.

Near the end of the cycle, I noticed that one of the machines was still filled with suds and wasn't rinsing or draining. I found an attendant who said "that happens sometimes". I asked for a $2.25 refund/credit so I could re-wash the load in a machine that did work. He said I should come back tomorrow at 9am. I called the phone number listed for requesting refunds, but there was no answer and no one called me back. There was a box on the wall for complaint forms, but no forms or paper to write on. I counted 5 people not wearing masks or wearing their mask incorrectly on their chin under their mouth, including the laundromat attendant. I asked him why he wasn't wearing a mask and he said "Oops - it's in my pocket" and then put it on but did not cover his nose. Another customer said she had lost $5 that same day and that finding a machine that worked was like playing the lottery. There were fans blowing to keep the air moving, but the floors were filthy and ceiling tiles were missing so you could see the duct work overhead. I gave this business 1 star because it wouldn't let me select no star. Never again.

They have 2, 4, and 6 load capacity washers with prices ranges based on needs (also varies with setting if going between light or heavy launder requirements). Went late morning and was not too busy, the 4 load capacity washers were all in use so I had to use a 6 which was more suited to what I had brought anyhow. Highly recommended and will be back for future use.

My last visit, I went on a Wednesday and it was pretty empty. The two ladies who were here were cleaning the laundromat, making sure there wasn't dust anywhere including the game machine in the front. They were also wiping down the folding tables and seating area. They're very attentive to cleanliness. I mean it is a laundromat, right? lol They also have folding services for those that don't want to fold their clothes. They do a phenomenal job with that as well. If you need change for smaller bills, laundry bags, laundry detergent, softener, and bleach, they have it. It's my go to laundromat. Restrooms are in the back, but you must ask for them to unlock the door.
