Value was on par for other shops we've been to that are in other states. Some of the glass gets expensive, and they had those as well, but they had some good less expensive options as well with less intricate details. The lone staff member was super nice. Even the locals that were just there chatting were extremely friendly. That to me is a testament to the shop and how they treat their patrons. Goods stuff. They had a lot to choose from. The walls were full from floor to ceiling with items. Everything behind sliding glass doors, don't need the masses breaking such delicate items, very understandable.

Been a regular for about a year now and everyone there is super helpful, friendly, and if they don't know something they are sure to either look up the answer or recommend something else. I've only had one problem with a purchase and it was an honest mistake that anyone would make. The people who leave bad reviews have obviously never worked in retail. If they did, they'd be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves. Expecting perfect service from a smoke shop is stupid and unfair to the staff. This is the kind of store where you go in, get what you want, and get out! That being said, I love to swing by here after a long week and get some goodies. They have a nice selection of edibles and seltzers that skirt the strict bans the city has on THC and Delta-9 products. Also, the incense sticks are sold at such a great deal and smell really good. Never have problems lighting them either.
