We tried her vanilla cake with Swiss meringue buttercream (SMB) frosting and we immediately fell in love with it! After doing our taste test, we eventually added the caramel filling to our wedding cake and it was still just as amazing! We wanted cupcakes for our guests and we chose our wedding cake flavor, cookies and cream with vanilla SMB frosting and a lemon SMB with a strawberry cupcake. All of our guests loved each flavor! She did a 3 tired naked wedding cake. The middle tier was chocolate (my fave!) The other two tiers were a birthday cake flavor. In the lowest tier she got creative with the layers. One layer was a spongy cake, while the other was not. My fiance loved this!! She presented the cake on two pieces of log to compliment the naked cake look.
