Kudos to Juan at Mr. Auto Glass for replacing my windshield. He showed up at my office right on time, and the installation took less than an hour. I'm pretty sure his colleague was a superhero in disguise, because he met me at my house a few hours later to do the ADAS calibration and save the day. Both were total pros with a strong work ethic, doing the job with care and diligence to get it right the first time. I highly recommend Mr. Auto Glass for your windshield repair or replacement - they're the real MVPs. Horrible place to work! I was fired for missing my first day of work because I had to have emergency surgery, and couldn't make it in. Mr. auto glass! I did work there in the Palmetto area car wash.. and of course you didn't find a " Kina S" Kina is my nickname. The managers you're asking probably no longer work there either since you have a High Turn over rate. read more

Windshield NuVision Auto Glass/Mr. Auto Glass Florida Aug. 4th everything was completed with the sales person present. The following day he scheduled windshield replacement and calibration.. Never happened. I received conflicting messages all day Friday. Photos were recd, all is good, just waiting for approval. Then other messages tell me to down the app and submit photos again. But the link was useless, because I had submitted on Thursday (8/4). Therefore, the 9 links they were sending was the initial link, which was no longer valid. They wasted my entire Friday with call, txt, and emails. Monday, started the same. Finally, frustrated I went ahead step by step; submit, call to ensure submission was recd. Called Ins to ensure info was recd, verified and obtain the approval. I follow through until I obtained and email NuVision with the approval number. They say your only involvement in the process is to upload the app. and submit. Not true, they wasted two days of my time. If that was not enough. I was informed the installation and calibration will not take more than 30 minutes. Wednesday, the windshield was installed. However, calibration was not performed. The gentleman was here for approximately 1 1/2 hour. Before leaving he mentioned that the calibration would arrive shortly. Waited approximately 3 hrs., called and got the run around. No one knows if the calibration was scheduled for today-or anytime in the near future. But someone will call to discuss scheduling. Today is Thursday no calls regarding the calibration matter. However I did recd an invoice for service rendered; matter close. I will have to go else where to have the calibration done. The outcome is that NuVision/Mr. Auto Glass are purposely misleading customers, liars or incompetent. I was left with no other alternative, but to contact the insurance co. to inform that services is incomplete. Therefore, requested no payment is made until services are completely rendered. I signed a blank screen stating according to staff it was to confirm windshield was installed. Be mindful you may not have a horrible experience, be prepare to wait longer than anticipated and be more involved in the process read more

This company is a total scam. They replaced my windshield & my insurance company paid them $964. They billed my insurance $3,574 which is outrageous. Mr Auto Glass is now suing my insurance company $17,000 for not paying them the $3,574. I was informed from my insurance that they are one of a few that scam customers to use them then sue for not paying the ridiculous amount. Jason the sales rep should be ashamed of himself along with unethical way this company operates!!! Stay away from them. read more

BEWARE of what you are signing with these crooks. They DID NOT properly explain to me what I was signing and are now suing my insurance company (on my behalf) - which is apparently perfectly legal although certainly ethically questionable. The language is designed to be misleading as they claim it allows them to handle the claim so you don't have to (convenient, right?). They're attempting to collect double what my windshield would have cost to replace, including over $200 for a grand total of about 30 minutes of work. I will never do business with this shady company again. Book a windshield replacement THROUGH your insurance, not some creep that approaches you at a gas station. Lesson learned. read more

I had my windshield replaced on June 2nd this year . I waited 5 weeks to get it retinted after the replacement . During the window tint the glass cracked. I was shocked as I have had numerous window tints over the years and never had an issue. I took it in to Mr Auto Glass to get it covered under the warranty and the gentleman was rude and said it was caused by a rock. Of course this was the excuse they came up with as that is not covered under warranty. Horrible customer service. The window tint company then sent out another glass company to replace it and the new glass company (41 years of experience) said he wouldn't touch because it was a faulty installation . The cowl was not attached correctly and could have been damaged during the original replacement. He also stated it was defective glass. He wouldn't touch it do to liability and to go back to Mr Auto Glass. The window tinting company set up an appointment to have it looked at again at Mr. Auto Glass. 10 minutes later I received a call from the office manager of Mr Auto Glass , Kaylee and was once again treated rudely and she said no to it being covered under warranty. Now mind you they did not even ask for me to bring it in to look at the cowl. They had NO interest in any kind of customer service. Words of advice is run don't walk before doing business here. read more

Kenny Huskey sold me the job and Kevin installed the replacement windshield, but we noticed afterward two pieces of trim were damaged in the process. These are two small plastic trim at the bottom of the windshield. I posted a note here, but received no reply and when I texted Kenny this morning. he told me he was" going to the beach". I would not deal with a company such as this who won't stand behind the damage they do while replacing the windshield. These two trim pieces are about six inches long and likely would not cost that much, but for the price of the trim, they ruined their reputation. I will post far and wide and let the insurance company know of their shoddy workmanship. read more
